Week 1 Day 2 (first day)
so the reason it is day 2 is because i start on a tuesday and not a monday. My head really can't handle it, but i have to be quick because summer is already round the corner!!
Day 2:
- drink tons of water
- tuna sandwich (bought it yesterday and decided to eat it, cause i dont wanna throw it out)
- 1 apple (breakfast)
- plate of macaroni (not counting calories, but am using the smallest plate, so it will be a good portion)
I will be having volleybal practice of 1 and a half hour. After practice im gonna go to the gym and run 3 km, bike 4 and use the machines!
The calories i burned will be in tomorrows post!

Updatee
Long time, no post
In 7 weeks my school ends and in these last few weeks im going to try to lose a few pounds of fat!
NOT going to do that in an unhealthy wayy!
