It hit me pretty hard right now, at 3:39 in the morning, that I’m incredibly depressed. It’s all over my body, the physical pain. You know when you have the flu and your body aches? That’s how I’ve felt in most of my muscles for the last two days. Everything is harder to do. Every intonation is an insult, a reminder that I’ve failed.
It’s a hard time to be alive right now, but I’m determined to keep at it. All the worst feelings I’ve ever had have passed. This will too.
