I have read an article on tomato toasting recipe. How to cook tomato, it seems simple but how the author describe it is very fun and interesting.
Maybe it is my first time reading a cook book, which is not displaying all the ingredients in the first beginning. Instead, the passage begins with an anedocte that the author were visiting a museum in Paris with her husband, but they were late and she was worried that the guard won’t let them get in. So she made an excuse of tasting a very exquisite tomato in a renowned restaurant because she knows French people like to brag about everything related to French cuisine. She finally did get in the museum and afterwards, she explores the ways to get a tomato roasted in various delicate ways. There comes the recipe.
