it’s about time SOMEONE taught me

God I wish therapy was more normalized in society. And I don’t mean “take these pills and go away” because thats not the solution, at least, it’s never the only solution. I just feel like people should have therapist yearly checkups like we have physical checkups. I feel like the world would be a better place if everyone had access to someone that could walk them though life’s emotional struggles but instead we have a bunch of emotionally constipated people and they’re only making the world a worse place
