Surprised that tumblr isn’t talking about the death of Frank Tyson. A policeman killed him after kneeling on his neck. It happened on april 18th, but the video of his arrest got released today.

TMS didn't work. Next up is ketamine, supposedly. If the prior auth ever happens... How long do I have to keep being a guinea pig? I'm so sick of this. I never get to be done.

Update. Today was my last day of TMS. It didn't work. No results whatsoever. No improvement in my mood. Things actually got worse bc the antidepressants stopped working while I was wasting time receiving totally ineffective TMS treatment! So that's awesome 👍👍
The TMS journey has begun... I have to commute to this damn thing. Like a 90min round trip drive 5 days a week. Fantastic.

The concentration of a virus in wastewater can paint a picture of how much COVID-19 is present in that community. Testing at airports can help provide context for how prevalent the virus is among international travelers, and provide clues as to what new variants are emerging.
Within the last week, the Center for Disease Control announced it is considering use of wastewater testing at airports, mainly on incoming international flights, to track any emerging new variants as COVID-19 surges in China. Health officials in Australia and the United Kingdom announced similar plans. {read}

not "I hate it here" as in "I want to leave" but "I hate it here" as in "this is a list of the 50 counties in the whole united states with the lowest life expectancy and Kentucky is 14 of them"

“The assumption is that Gaza is free to demolish,” Ali al-Za’tari, a former UN humanitarian coordinator with extensive experience in Syria, Libya, and Sudan told The New Humanitarian.
“There’s no consideration for the ownership of property, or lives for that matter,” al-Za’tari said. “The assumption there is that this is a land without people.”

in general I think this website has a serious problem about wanting to feel smugly superior about Literally Everything without spending even five seconds thinking about it first

One thing that's vitally important to remember is that feeling ''weirded out'' is not a form of harm. It is a completely normal part of socializing. It is the feeling of encountering something unfamiliar. In order to be a kind person, you must learn to how to distinguish between "harmful" and "weird." And then you must accept the weird.
