You know what I love about Steve and Robin’s friendship?

In S4, it’s been nearly a year since Robin came out to Steve, and he hasn’t told a soul that she’s gay. He could have told Dustin, who was saying stuff like “you refuse to ask Robin out”, he could have explained to Nancy that he and Robin definitely aren’t a thing by saying Robin likes girls… but he didn’t. He hasn’t outed her even though people assume they’re either dating or that she turned him down/he couldn’t get her to go on a date with him etc. She trusted him with that information and he hasn’t spread it, not even to their closest friends.

For Steve Harrington, outing Robin isn’t an option: he’d rather everyone assume the worst about him than out her.

the thing i love about kiara and jj is that their relationship came out as a result of rudy and maddy's natural connection. So because it wasn't planned the writers were forced to take it slow and not get them married after the first couple of seasons
