I’m actually obsessed with the first kiss.
The way Colin so slowly brings his hand to her face, the first soft kiss, and the second more passionate one. The way Colin was going in again for a third when Penelope thanks him and leaves.
I even love how Penelope asks for it. It’s her choice, her agency, and as soon as she says his name, Colin can’t help but do it. Against all the rules he was raised to follow he still kisses her, because she asked.

Buck kissing Lucy was a minor act of infidelity.
Buck, keeping the kiss from Taylor and asking her to move in to keep her from leaving him was a MAJOR act of infidelity.
Anyone arguing that Hen and Eddie are real cheaters while Buck "just got kissed while drunk" is being purposely obtuse.
It's okay to admit that Buck did something wrong. He asked her to move in under false pretenses and then waited until she had broken her lease and moved in to tell her about the kiss. Those were decisions he made totally sober and cannot be separated from the original infidelity.

Okay I wanna clarify something real quick..
SAG-AFTRA is the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. So actors (and more) union.
WGA is the Writers Guild of America. So writers union.
They went on strike last year. They went on strike because of a lot of things but things like AI and residuals were big topics.
IATSE is International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. So the crew is under this.
They almost went on strike a few years ago but made a deal before it reached that point. (The union members vote on a contract that it was just over a 50/50 on the for and against. But ultimately it ended up being a a touch more on the for side).
Their contract is up for renewal right now and they are actively negotiating. If those talks don't end in a deal at the end of July, they will strike.

The resentments that I had harbored at Smosh for the past couple of months slowly disappear as I saw this announcement. FINALLY THEY ARE TRANSPARENT WITH THEIR STANCE. TALKING ABOUT PALESTINE WITH THE INTENTION OF PROVIDING MORE HELP TO PALESTINIANS!
Their defeaning silence was unfortunate. Their ongoing association with one of their zionist employee was unfortunate but they still take this risky step. They're still doing this for the good cause and for the people that need it and I have to give my biggest appreciation to this. Kudos to them for trying to raise the donations for Palestine via livestream. I hope they continue to do this kind of support and encouraging many more to do so.

I’m having so many thoughts about Doctor Who and how it seems to be leaning into the fact that it’s a tv show.
The Toymaker, the Maestro, and the Golbin King all having campy, over-the-top villainous musical numbers, paired with the Space Babies realization that a villain was created because it necessary to tell a story. The way the Doctor kept saying “babies” and then correcting himself to say “space babies” because that’s the name of the episode. The new sonic looking more like a television remote than a screwdriver and the Doctor using it to press “mute”. “I thought that was non-diegetic”. Looking directly at the audience and winking. Seemingly using an actor’s name as a clue.
I don’t know what to make of any of it. Doctor Who is so fucking back.

you have GOT to remember when watching the new doctor who that the question is not is this good. doctor who is only ever actually 'good' once a season at most. THE ONLY QUESTION IS is it fun, camp, and has aliens. also remember the worst doctor who showrunner is always the current doctor who showrunner. now go watch the new episodes as god intended like you're ten years old and still remember how to experience joy and whimsy.
