what determines a slimes colour? like is it their diet or birth?

"It's genetics! Sorta like hair color for humans! Though it'd be super cool if it was determined by diet! I played a game with a cafe and a dragon where the dragon's color was determined by diet! I think I'd want to be blue. It's my favorite color, though I'm not the biggest fan of most blue foods unless icing is involved." -Colyn

Jaded Oni here! Genuinely love Umbreon so much. Always the pokemon I draw myself with. I almost always have a Gardevoir on my team too lol. I think my favorite starter might be Cyndaquil. I did mention my favorite dragons before (I'm always so late to getting to these I'm so sorry) but I will say one of my fav animated dragons is Haku from Spirited Away.

Hello! I have a question for Will: you know the Spooky Scary Skeletons video, where all the skeletons trade heads and rearrange their bodies? Are you able to do anything like that?

Will: Very much not recommended. While I technically CAN, it would hurt a lot. That video is pretty cool though, if not a little terrifying. As long as my core remains intact my body can go through a lot. Still, painful.

Damen, aside from being the best dad in the world that clearly needs a break, how would you say raising Colyn was like? Was he easy, or something else?

Damen: Aha! You flatter me! Raising Colyn was definitely an experience. He himself was a pretty calm! But he’d also manage to get into a lot of trouble... like pulling on things that could possibly fall on him or trying to crawl into small spaces I couldn’t fit through. He was also pretty clingy. Didn’t like me being out of his sight very often. Loud noises were the worst... my poor baby. I loved taking care of him, though. Wouldn’t change it for the world!

Jaded Oni here! I’m doing a lot better now, finally got some time to get to my ask box (sorry they aren’t drawn replies, but I do plan on going back to those when I have extra time). I’m in a safer place and doing well! My favorite dragon is the amphiptere! Though I’m also partial to chinese dragons. I think they’re neat.

how do slimes get coloured ?? like why is dad black and colyn orange and so on so forth?

Colyn: Fun question! Dad’s actually a shade which is why he’s black, but there are black slimes! Compared to him they’re more grey though... But slimes get their colors through genetics! Not too unlike humans and their hair colors! Some colors are more rare than the others. The most common colors are green, blue, and red! So if a red slime and a yellow slime had kids those kids’ll probably be red! Not orange. Color mixing isn’t a thing, you can’t get an orange slime with a red and yellow one, unless there is an orange slime in their ancestry, but you’d still probably get red.

do skeletons get scoliosis?

Will: Yeah, it’s pretty easy to spot though. Very unfun to be treated though. Had a cousin who went through it. *shudders*

do any of yall like rollercoasters? cause i went to universal and the lines were short enough that i was able to go on rip-ride rockit AND velocicoaster twice each, and i would highly recommend.

Colyn: I’ll go on if everyone else does... or if I’m actually tall enough TvT

Will: Rollercoasters are the best! I gotta try those out sometime!

Vincent: I’m ok with rollercoaster... Though I prefer other rides. My stomach doesn’t always do the best on rollercoasters...

Sa-Ja: I love rollercoasters!! The twistier and more vomit-inducing the better!! It’s especially more fun when you’ve got a friend that screams at all the hills! Haha!
