Shepard shook her head, eyes boring into the space in between the specks of light in the galaxy map. They were in transit, as usual, nothing to do but wait. Her fingers drummed on the railing that separated her from the holographic representation of their surroundings, her mind straining to find some idle task to pass the time. The mission reports were completed, for once, in order and on time, which left her nothing to do but stare at the wall, or as she'd chosen, at the map.

"Oh." Elizabeth blinked, suddenly staring up into the turian’s eyes, "Uh… yeah, sorry." An awkward little smile perked her lips, and she exhaled in a thin sort of laugh. Feeling a tint of shame on her cheeks, the Commander pulled herself off of the mercenary, mumbling something of her embarrassment. "Not usually that clumsy, forgive me."
