I worked on my project for 10 minutes then asked my self if I was able to work on it for longer then went to a more comfortble location to work on it even more. I took a break I between working which helped me clear my head.

- Do spm journal by Wednesday night
- Study for Econ Exam
- Complete CLS Project
SPM Journal due - Sunday night, but want to get out of the way by Wednesday night. (10/25 11PM)
Econ Exam - Wednesday, continue studying for Exam and go to bird at least 3 hours per day Mon, Tues, Wed. 
CLS Project - complete reflection on Thursday night and review study sheets and outlines for Econ exam.

Access - Take Exam
Update: I went to Bird every day this week before my exam and I think it went pretty well. I utilized the tools I learned in CLS and I think they helped me out a lot. I then wrote the reflection for my project on Thursday night and it went by pretty quickly. I made sure to access the them of STAYING INTERESTED in the work I was doing.

I had to write a research essay for my WRT 105 class on modern day music. I was having trouble in my room focusing so I decided to go to the study room with my roommate. I got the work done in a good amount of time and I was very happy about that because I had a lot of other work to do for my other courses. I love all types of music so this assignment related to the “theme” of being interested. I was very interested in the research I had to do for this assignment and I was happy to learn more about modern day music.

Interested- Theme
 Staying motivated has always been a huge concern of mine. School work to me has always seemed boring and I always have been lazy. Finding places, songs or anything else to help me stay motivated and to stop procrastinating has been very important to me. The best place for me to be motivated is my bedroom either at my desk or sitting in my bed. This is the place I feel most comfortable. This is very important to me because as long as I feel comfortable I will complete my work. Most people feel most motivated in the library because people are around them doing work as well but in my room, I’m relaxed and am able to my best work. When I tell most people, I do all of my work in my bed they look at me like I’m crazy or I’m lying but to me it is important for me to feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. Another tactic I use to feel most comfortable and not to procrastinate is use PED lights and make them blue which makes the environment more relaxing and peaceful. When I stopped procrastinating I was able to get a lot of my finance homework done in fast time.
   Three goals for the week
  1.     Study for my SCM test
 Break down
           -plan in my planner which days to study and times
           -organize my sheets and notes together so easy to access when I study
 -Schedule day/time
           -Friday- 2-4- begin organization and reading over material to study
           -Saturday-2-4-start digging into chapters
           -Sunday- 7-9-in depth learning
           -Monday-7-9-In depth learning
           -Tuesday – free study-just read over notes and read over materials to study
 2.     Exercise
  Break down
-go to the gym
-motivate myself to go to the gym
             -schedule day/time
                       -Monday-go to gym at 9-10- Chest day
                       -Tuesday-go to gym at 9-10- Back day
                       -Wednesday-go to gym 9-10-shoulder day
                       -Thursday-day off
                       -Friday-Go to gym at 12-130-cardio
                       -Saturday- go to gym 11- chest day
                       -Sunday-go to gym at noon-back and bi day
 3.     start yoga

           -Watch yoga tutorials and learn exercises
                       -set aside time each day of the week to learn and do yoga exercises
           -schedule day/time
                       -Monday- go before gym times (look at goal 2)
                       -Tuesday- go before gym times (look at goal 2)
                       -Wednesday- go before gym times (look at goal 2)
                       -Thursday- go before gym times (look at goal 2)

 So far, this week I’m living up to my expectations for the week, I have stayed on task with my planner and my goals. My goals for week have helped stay not only focused but as well as keep a good mindset. The reason for yoga and exercise has to been to clear my head because this has been a stressful week so far with a buildup of a lot of work. I’ve stuck to my plan with times and days and can already see a huge difference in my weekly work.
 Music to me has always been a stress reliever but as well as a way to motivated myself. I have used this playlist with all different types of moods and aggressions to motivate me, relive stress as well as reduce anxiety.

The place makes me motivated and stop procrastinating is the study lounge because I could read my notes loudly to help me remeber the key terms. 
Theme-interesting
It is interesting for me to study in lounge because I found that reading loudly helps me remember easier than doing practices at the library.
