[ORIGINAL PATREON POST AND ARTPACK DOWNLOAD] Hey everyone, time to check in again with the monthly art pack and updates! Woo! Art pack I feel is pretty light this month considering everything we're going through IRL. Stress is not a healthy lifestyle for the creative mind, woof. But I do love what I did manage to create so that's a bonus! Family updates on my end, my sister has made it back to our home town to check in with out mom. She hasn't been eating and is struggling with malnutrition which did not mix well with chemo. She currently has a pretty bad infection and has been in and out of surgeries in the hospital for other complications that isn't the cancer itself. It's touch and go as far as they told me. So visiting sooner would be better than later. My mother is an elderly woman but has expressed she would like to continue fighting. So all of us kids are going to do our best to help out and make sure she gets all the treatment she needs. The current sister visiting will be moving back to her house for the summer. I will be making an effort to drive back and see them at the end of May. So I will continue to update you all on Cloverse Discord Server and I will make formal posts here on Patreon to let you guys know what's happening and when. Right now my current goals is to complete all commissions and patreon packages BEFORE LEAVING HOME. I understand myself if I don't get it done in time, but maybe with Prov and his mom's help we could get that all shipped out before I leave town. Just thank you everyone for all of your continued patience with me and my situation. There is a lot going on and I am going my best to juggle all these very important priorities. I totally get the desire to somehow be disabled "enough" for people to take you seriously and treat you well, but that's unfortunately a myth. There is no point of disability where you won't have to face ableism. Life wouldn't actually be better or easier if you were Y instead of X. And the sooner you realize this, the sooner you can stop the imaginary competition and join the fight for ALL disabled people's right to support, resources and happiness

people telling you they reread your fic is the biggest compliment you could ever receive. there are thousands of stories out there begging to be found, to be explored, but your story meant so much to someone that they came back to it eagerly, they went over every word again. to love is to return and loving a fic is rereading it. thank you to all readers and rereaders <3333

Quietly alarmed by the uptick in anti-polyamorous sentiment I’m seeing in the circles I frequent. I’ve never seen fandom events banning polyamorous content before the last few months, and it’s coincided with posts calling polyamorous narratives in fiction a “booktok thing” and accusing polyamorous people of invading queer spaces.

My girlfriend and my fiancé and my boyfriend and my boyfriend’s boyfriend and I are just sitting here, man. Just chilling.

I know these sentiments cycle in and out of fashion. I’m ace and I’ve seen the rise and fall and rise and fall of ace exclusionism too. This feels like an unusually high level of vitriol and it’s making me a bit anxious. It’s hard enough not being able to be honest about my relationships in real life. I don’t need this online too.

For 2 days in a row I have seen this little guy removing leaves from my plant and eating them until he passes out. He's missing an ear, so he may be self-medicating his PTSD, but still, I think it's time for an intervention.
