How do I cheat the system

In a few days I have to go to a facility to treat my anorexia. I have no choice in the matter and I’m panicking. Does anyone know how to cheat the system and limit weight gain while “recovering” in-hospital? I already added the calories of common foods in my journal so that I can at least estimate how much they will be forcing me to consume.

My life would be complete if Marvel would finally release a one shot on this interaction
