Heather from Silent Hill 3, probably my favorite entry in the series and also my favorite protagonist.  I’m considering drawing the other protagonists like this and then doing alternate “nightmare” color versions. But, we’ll see. This stuff is just for kicks on the side, gotta prioritize the important art these days! A lot of people frowned at this title for being “more straightforward” than it’s predecessor. However, I thought it was a great way to take a look back at Cheryl’s character from a brand new angle and a great opportunity to explore what happened to her. It was like a chance to “heal” Cheryl after all the terrors she lived through (and produced.) It also addresses a lot of the evils found in cults and idol worship. Claudia is an example of the way that lies and dogma can pervert and subjugate your mind. Being a Christian, these sorts of things already rub me the wrong way and to see them featured so prominently and antagonistically in games can really make me squirm.
