Adventures as an IT Tech

Once upon a time, a professor asked a young student to call Media Services. I picked up. They reported that the projector was not displaying and had a no signal notice. I tried to troubleshoot from over the phone, but nothing worked. Quickly, I decided to meet the professor in person to better identify the problem in the room. Taking the Deere cart with me, I made my way up the mountain to the classroom. Once inside, it became apparent to me that it would be more difficult, as the professor actually did know what he was doing. Determined to continue his class, he left to a working classroom, leaving me to continue my pursuits in solving this projector problem. I delved into the podium, to find the root of my quest. Once resetting the power on all the devices I could, I was victorious! The projector successfully changed inputs and displayed correctly! My quest was complete. After locking everything back up, I made my way back to the office. The end. P.S. I work on a college campus.

I really love Gravity Falls. So I went to a play and drew this on the back of the program! Mabel reminds me a little too much of my sister...

So, I’m hoping to be big in the film world some day, so here’s one of my recent videos. Plus, it’s a really fun experiment to do at home, and my actors are adorable!

     I love this quote, it’s one of the amazing examples that explains why I love anime. It’s the inspirational themes and the emotions connected in such stories. It’s like the idea of mythology, they may just be stories, but these stories relate to our lives; we learn to fight “monsters” like the heroes in the stories do. (I think many could relate)

To explain a bit about my title, it’s based on this great book by Gary D. Schmidt, and the sequel to the Wednesday Wars. I figured it was a good title, because everyday as we go through life, troubles befall us, and the best thing we can do is just be okay with life and what it presents to us. So, even though things could always get better or worse, I’m okay for now.

To start off...

I don’t know where to start. I love books and movies and anime and music and manga and broadway and dance and writing and art. I like to talk about life and how to survive. Mostly, I’m just livin life as we know it.
