Absolutely AMAZING In Home Personal Chef Experience in Marcellus last night. Have you ever met some one and though man, these people are pretty cool and like interests. Attention Upstate Hospital workers. They just took away your food trucks, here is your solution. ATTENTION UPSTATE WORKERS! Dr’s, nurses, aids and staff. I personally deliver meals every Wednesday to Upstate. Wednesday I gave Ms. Lisa Curly Joyce 100 flyer and 50 cards to hand out. I come every Wednesday at 10:30am. I can meet in the lobby or set meals (all bagged up and labeled with your name) or set it on the meal table in the lobby. If you had a chance to try our meals last year when we donated 125 meals to Upstate you know how good it is. Eat them for lunch, take home meals for your families dinner, buy lunch for the nurses, lunch or dinners for the whole floor, buy lunches for social workers and nurses. We can do 1 meal, we can do 100 meals. Please if you are or know someone who works for Upstate please tag them in this post. Service work! I always love working with The Girl Scouts of America. Today we had 10 young ladies @ the restaurant to get there food patches as well as a few that had to fulfill a business requirement for the Girl Scouts. Troop #10210 from Baldwinsville. They had several business related questions for me. Why did you start your own business? How did you start your own business. How much have you grown since starting? Do you have goals for the future? What type of schooling did you have to do? What type of hours do you work? Is it flexible/easy with a family. After answering all their questions for 45 minutes we got to do the fun stuff, COOKING! We made Asian Orange Chicken. We showed them how to properly plate a dish. Why we use garnishes that compliment the dish and why we plate all at once so everything comes out the same. What a great bunch of girls. I’m glad I could be of service. Thursday we'll have Troop 60611 coming. A lot of my In Home Personal Chef Experience recipes are the same recipes for catering and Meal Prep Delivery Service. For instance our Chicken Francese, chicken piccata, pork scaloppine, chicken riggies, Prosciutto Wrapped Spanish Figs they are the same recipes. We have several options. You can order and come pick up at our restaurant on Tipp Hill. We can bring it nice & hot in our hot bags, setup chaffing dishes with serving utensils and come back and get everything whenever you’d like. We also offer where we bring everything setup and we’ll serve all your guests and then clean up. It’s all up to you, we’ve done all of those options hundreds of times.
