(Please don follow this, Im not great at cooking :'D)
First you gotta get fish, I got galonggong thawed first.
Then you add some salt and black pepper by what my sister call "tanya-meter" measure and mix it together
Let it sit for a moment, while it was go grab where you'll on and put what you estimate 2 cups of water
Add the (uneven, I can't chop things) cutted onions, garlic and ginger.
Then put the fish in order then some tomatoes on em, some seasonings, what estimating? 1 big spoon of fish sauce and 2 big spoon vinegar (Wait my sister add 1 big spoon vinegar)
Then start a fire- Make a fire. Got no stove :')
When it starts to boil add some vegetables, I do not know what it is called, my sister make me put this in.
Damn, What did I do wrong-
Anyways, it is now cooked. Now, serve it with rice and salted eggs. Really good 👍
