Fuck you! (English translation)

So this is a comic that i made during the summer 21 (and thought out during the year before). So it's a lil old but i'm still very proud of it! I made it with watercolors, on paper of about 17cm x 17 cm.

The original is in French so if you understand it, you can find it: here.

There's the transcription of the text at the bottom of each page in case my handwriting is a lil hard to understand (original is paper, it was made more to be read like that)

Anyhow, enjoy!

Every week: / plan meals / laundry / grocery shopping / do sport

uninstall Webtoons, Twitter and Instagram. / sober of self-harm (2 days) / quit alcohol and smoking / do sport / study, but not too much / journal

J'ai le plaisir de vous présenter ma BD qui a été pensée en 2020-2021 et écrite/dessinée en été 2021 ! Donc c'est pas tout récent, mais je l'aime toujours beaucoup ! Elle est faite à l'aquarelle, sur du papier de 17cm sur 17cm environ.

C'est la version originale ; j'ai aussi fait une traduction en anglais (avec l'aide de Tay !) et c'était marrant (bien que un peu chiant parce que mes bulles ont de la texture et de la couleur).

Je vous ai aussi mis la transcription de ce que y'a écrit sur la page en-dessous parce que ma BD est plutôt pensée pour être lue sur papier que sur écran et ça complique peut-être un peu la compréhension...

Bref enjoy etc.

L’étape 2, c’est de nettoyer ton appart et de le maintenir un minimum propre et rangé

il vaut mieux faire la vaisselle que la stocker dans sa baignoire / aérer c’est bien / changer ses draps aussi / se débarasser des objets nuisibles

Etape 2 : restructurer sa journée et se débarasser de ses mauvaises habitudes

Tous les jours : boire de l'eau / manger (3 fois) / sortir au moins une fois / se reposer, dormir / aller en cours & etudier

Toutes les semaines : planifier repas / lessive / faire les courses / faire du sport

desinstaller Webtoons, Twitter, Instagram / X self-harm (sobre 2 jours) / idem alchool, cigarette / faire du sport / travailler, mais pas trop / tenir un journal / etc.

Mais Antoine était très clair :

On est amis. On verra si on peut être plus quand tu iras mieux

Il me restait une étape, et pas des moindres : consulter un.e psy

Ça m’a pris du temps et de l’énergie, mais ça valait le coup
