Do you think that Karolina's hair is different from a normal humans seeing as how it glows the same way her skin does?
this just made me think of rapunzel and the fact that she can heal people via her hair.. and now all i want is a nico is flynn ryder and karolina is rapunzel AU fan fic. but no in canon? i don’t think so, i mean yes karolina’s DNA is different considering she’s half alien (on the show) but i think heir hair is just meant to be that hair.

Ok consider this. Karolina emitting low level solar radiation even when she is not glowing. It doesn't really affect humans but it has strong effect on plants after prolonged exposure. Something which Nico finds out when all the flowers in their apartment start blooming every time she enters a room. Because yes the plants are now semi sentient and they take after their solar mom and have a soft spot for Nico
THIS HEAD-CANON, i absolutely accept it it’s beautiful pls. karolina would so have a garden simply to watch flowers bloom any time nico steps inside because she just looks so pretty with the flowers surrounding her. not to mention that i think karrie would adore taking care of plants, she’d be that white lady who talks to them and gives them names and would more than likely give a car ride to a potted plant because it looked sad. like give this to me please.

can we talk about karolinas experience in ep 10 when they go back? the scene where shes is looking at herself open the locker and then gert tries to comfort her & karolina doesn’t even look at her & walks away. seeing future karolina’s face during that was heartbreaking. she hears her voice for the first time in 3 years, being the same gert she always has been, get rejected by her past self. & then gert being disappointed and basically saying “yeah, who’d want to hang out with me anyway” ouch
seeing every future self reacting to their past selves’ conversations with gert… hearing gert’s voice… seeing her… fucked me up for a long time. can you IMAGINE actually getting the opportunity to see someone you loved you thought long gone… chase’s disbelief, karolina’s heartbreaking look, the way ALLEGRA that played that moment with future!molly holy shit give that kid the awards…
