Draft of diary 1108
Met the girl I met at g/s internship. Didn't know she went to the same school. But of course, two thirds of the internship went to the same school.
Anyways I started to think I really want to work there. Not the company I went to listen to the ? What is it called? They advertised today. That work ok ng environment is not what I want. I don't want to do sales.
And those developers are qualified from the beginning.
Anyways tomorrow is the journal club. And I chose a really easy paper so I will finish reading mine as soon as possible and start reading others. As she always says it is a muscle training. You have to try harder.
And that reminded me I have to recruit participant and reply her.

IDols.
It is such a hard thing to define Kpop artists. They are talented singers, yet they seldom write their own songs.
That is typical, I assume, in idol industry. But nowadays, the world is changing. Take BTS for instance, one of the reasons they became this big is that fans liked the idea of they expressing their own feelings and thoughts through their music. their music is authentic. I mean, it doesn't seem fake isn't it?
Idols didn't have to be that way before. They sang and danced to music made by professionals. personally, I don't see any problem with that. People should do what they are good at. Music is much better when it was made by professional music writers, that is the universal fact. only when idols themselves are professional writers that the 'self-produced idols' can work out. what I want to say is, these days people are so into the idea of considering idols as multi-task professionals.
They are damn good looking youngsters who can sing and dance! Why do you expect them to write music?! Leave it to the professionals! Please!
I'm worried. Those who can write music, Suga from BTS and Wooji from Seventeen, for instance, they might break down at some point. Don't you think that extra work -writing their own music- will be too much someday? and yes, I have to refer to him. I don't think he decided to go because he didn't like writing music, I think it's the otherwise. he wanted to produce good music, only the good one. and that pressure overwhelmed him. it was such a tragedy. We could have saved him. We don't know him in person, but only if we didn't pressure him to be an idol and songwriter at the same time. Things might have turned out in a different way. He is gone and we cant change it now, but at least, cant we change the K-pop industry?
We are asking them too much. We -I mean those who actually consume K-pop music- have to be more broad-minded. I just want them to smile. and I don't want them to smile when they are not feeling like it.
Again. They can sing and dance! Isn't it incredible? Can't we be satisfied with that?

WriTing In EnGlIsh is SUch. a.
Why can't I write with Carrie Bradshow's speed? Without considering I am not a native English speaker, I assume I cant write because I haven't experienced enough. But what for?
There are so many things I want to tweet so it sounds strange that I feel I am not experienced enough to write. Cant I make a sentence, phrase or verse just a bit longer than so that it will be suitable for posting as a BLOG. Here.
Let's try this.
I just felt like posting 'graduate school of arts and sciences, integrated science major' doesn't have any information in it. I mean, how am I suppose to let people understand what am I doing in the university by saying this name? This is such an inconvenience. Why can't I just say I study neuroscience or cognitive science or at least psychology? That would be much easier. And as a matter of fact, I usually do so. Only in those situations that I have to introduce myself properly, I face this difficulty. 'What that name means? Arts and Sciences? Couldn't you decided which one to say?'

WHy is NCT suCh a gReat ARTIST?
Why is NCT such a great artist? At least for me, they are far better than other artists in the whole world.
What I like about NCT
1. they are damn good looking.
2. they are freaking good at dancing.
3. they are incredibly good at singing/rapping.
4. their songs are written by the top songwriters of the world, assuring the quality.
5. their performances are choreographed by the top choreographers of the world, assuring the quality.
6. their music videos are directed by the top directors, assuring the quality.
Overall, they are freaking good at everything and surrounded by damn good staffs.

WhY Am I DoiNg THis.
I am going to resume writing this blog.
What I want to write? about the things that bother me a lot. For instance. why am I such a bad English writer? Why can't I improve my English, and why does Grammary don't correct my English automatically? This is so frustrating.
I am going to the company to get a job interview or a summer internship, and I have no idea what they are going to ask me. I really don't know what to do, and that is the main reason why I am writing this meaningless stuff.
I wanted to get this job, but I am not sure how I can do it. First of all, I don't know how to do my academic research and job hunting at the same time, which is a highly impossible thing to do. They, I mean the company let me come to the office in the daytime, which means I have to take a day off in my research and my PI doesn't like it at all. What a disaster. I have no idea how I can solve this problem. I should tell my PI that I will search for my future job and cant concentrate on my research, but that, I don't want to do.
so, basically, I have to do two things at the same time for now. Good Luck, me.
