First, a swifite came onto my blog to defend Taylor for being a eco menace, saying how a guy using public data is putting her life in danger and when I replied to her, she said I was stalking her… when she came onto my blog and reblogged my post first. She also blocked the reblogs on her post for some reason, so no one can interact with her.

Now some rabid Ariana grande stan cried over my post about it like a Nikki stan and said to keep her out of her mid fav out of my mouth like she’s 5. And when I replied to her, she acted like she didn’t say anything bad, made up shit about me like being a Disney adult and me being “scared” to turn my replies on because of her… when it was like that since this blog was made, I limited them and anyone can reblog my posts which is how she responded to my post…

Stan culture really has rotten people brains to the core and these two stans are the prime example of it.

Well, Taylor released her trash ass album and it’s everywhere on social media. Radio stations are even playing her songs 24 7 and news stations are decoding her awful lyrics.

It’s like I woken up in a nightmare and there no escape.

This is an insane take. Who the fuck wants to live in that time period? Even white women were fucked over during that time.

Before anyone says she also said that she wanted it without the racism and sexism(I doubt she would mind the first one being there though going by her actions in the past.), it still would have sucked. People not taking a decent shower or washing their clothes with dirty water, food being unsafe to eat and dying easily from diseases are some of the things I can think of when I think about this time period. I mean this time period sucks (for regular people like me. For people like Taylor not so much.), but I would never trade it for an awful year like 1830.

On Thursday afternoon, the Freedom Flotilla Coalition was contacted by the Guinea Bissau International Ships Registry (GBISR), requesting an inspection of our lead ship – Akdenez. This was a highly unusual request as our ship had already passed all required inspections; nevertheless, we agreed. The inspector arrived on Thursday evening. On Friday afternoon, before the inspection was completed, the GBISR, in a blatantly political move, informed the Freedom Flotilla Coalition that it had withdrawn the Guinea Bissau flag from two of the Freedom Flotilla’s ships, one of which is our cargo ship, already loaded with over 5000 tons of life-saving aid for the Palestinians of Gaza. In its communication informing us of this cancelation, the GBISR made specific reference to our planned mission to Gaza. It also made several extraordinary requests for information, including confirmation of the ships’ destination, any potential additional port calls, and the discharge port for humanitarian aid and estimated arrival dates and times. It further demanded a formal letter explicitly approving the transportation of humanitarian aid and a complete manifest of the cargo. Again, this is a highly unusual move from a flagging authority. Normally, national flagging authorities concern themselves only with safety and related standards on vessels bearing their flag, and are not concerned with the destination, route, cargo manifests or the nature of a specific voyage. Just like when you register your car, the authorities don’t require you to detail to them every place you are going to go with the car. Sadly, Guinea-Bissau has allowed itself to become complicit in Israel’s deliberate starvation, illegal siege and genocide of Palestinians in Gaza. Israel is showing the world the extent to which it will go to deny Palestinians the aid they need to stay alive, in direct contravention of International Humanitarian Law, UN Security Council resolutions, and two orders of the International Court of Justice. [...] without a flag, we cannot sail. But, this is not the end. Israel cannot and will not crush our resolve to break its illegal siege and reach the people of Gaza. The Freedom Flotilla, which was set to depart from Turkey on the 27th of April with 5000 tons of life-saving aid, has now been delayed because Israel and the United States has pressured Guinea Bissau to withdraw its flag from the Flotilla's lead ship.

Seeing as how their tactics worked on Guinea Bissau, organizers now fear that Israel and the US will exert the same pressure on whichever country the Freedom Flotilla attempt to register their ship under next.

I myself am a student who is partaking in largely student-coordinated protests, drives, campaigns… but I also understand that we are largely missing the point if coverage of these protests overshadows what they are actually protesting for—the atrocities committed on Palestinians every single day. As the western buzz around this genocide gets more and more coverage, the coverage of the genocide itself sharply declines. It’s true and I see it every single day. Things are not being reported with the precision and diligence with which they should be.
