MISS CAYMAN 2013 IS NOT HAPPENING
Just as we suspected the Miss Cayman Islands pageant will not be taking place this year. This is the second consecutive year that the pageant is not being held as it was not staged in 2012. The 2011 Miss Cayman winner, Lindsay Japal was set to give up her title in 2012 after she competed at Miss Universe that year.
We have so many thoughts on this, the pageant's constant postponement but will comment on it another time. In the meantime, you can watch the official report here on Cayman 27.
