i think if Goncharov ever became a piece of Solidified Art it should be a stage play but everyone gets to change the script and move the characters around. you go to a performance in Small Town Lithuania and it will not be remotely the same as the one in High School America or Rural France or Big City Brazil. the one in Japan has mecha but it’s actually a metaphor for the timepieces and they get a musical number

like u REALLY just love to make stuff,
I want you to know something.
this is very, very important
• you do not need to make something every day to still be an artist, it's okay to relax and enjoy things other people have made
• even if you don't finish your projects, they are still valuable
• big number on social media is the most painful thing to pursue and it relies heavily on luck and does not determine your worth
• you need to make art that isn't up to your artistic standards before you'll have the skills to create art you can be truly proud of
• drink some water. it's not related to being an artist but I know you're dehydrated.

i always laugh at playlists with titles like "songs that would kill a medieval peasant" not only because most times they suck but also because medieval people were out there in the square listening for hours to la chanson de roland where the title character roland blows the olifant to alert charlemagne so hard that his temples explode while he vomits blood and then dies and you really think phoebe bridgers would move them

i took elvish in school and i fucking hated it. the teacher was like 700 years old and he'd like take us on field trips to sit on the banks of babbling brooks and watch the fall of sunlight through the leaves. my friends in spanish class were like conjugating verbs and shit and meanwhile i was in an old-growth forest being overcome with awe at the sight of a majestic stag. like uhh yeah mr autumnheart when are we gonna learn like any grammar "listen to the murmur of the wind in the treetops, and you shall find the grammar you seek" like fuck dude your pedagogy leaves much to be desired
