ð–¹.) working hour aku dimulai pukul 08.00 dan berakhir di 22.00 GMT+7 tetapi terkadang aku flexible untuk terima order!
ð–¹.) aku menerima in rush order dengan additional fee mulai dari 40% dari total order. tergantung deadline, kerumitan design, serta kuantitasnya, tetapi boleh tanyakan availabilitynya via dm ke aku yaaa.
ð–¹.) Silakan untuk mt sebelum atau sesudah dm agar aku bisa balas dengan cepat soalnya kadang-kadang notification twitter terlambat.
ð–¹.) pengerjaan memakan waktu maksimal 3 hari untuk made by req dan custom sesuai deadline yang telah ditentukan di form. untuk custom aku akan prioritaskan yang deadlinenya lebih cepat yaa! apabila aku belum mengirim preview mendekati batas waktu, silakan untuk rechat dm aku atau menghubungi aku via platform lainyang aku sediakan.
ð–¹.) aku minta tolong untuk isi form dengan jelas dan lengkap untuk menghindari kesalahpahaman, untuk custom design boleh discuss sama aku via dm untuk referensi, warna, dan lain sebagainya. feel free to hit meup through dm ya!
ð–¹.) mohon untuk memperhatikan foto yang akan digunakan untuk design, dilarang untuk menggunakan foto yang berbayar seperti bubble, weverse, fansites, dan lainnya. terkadang aku ngga hafal semua grup jadi, minta kesadarannya untuk menggunakan foto yang halal yaa.
ð–¹.) aku menerima minor revisi sebanyak 3x, seperti pada peletakan, zoom in atau zoom out, dan minor revisi lainnya, tidak menerima untuk revisi foto ataupun warna secara menyeluruh. untuk revisi mayor akan dikenakan biaya tambahan
ð–¹.) pembayaran dilakukan di awal melalui qris yang akan aku kirimkan bersama totalan harga yaa. untuk e-wallet lain bisa ditanyakan dulu ke aku via dm.
