"Angela Yee's Lip Service" What can I say, it's the Jekyll to Angela's radio show "way up". Although yee is an og in the radio game (not yet a legend). I think she has found her balance. Brooklyn native who is a successful entrepreneur with her coffee company and real estate investments Angela is a rising media and business mogul. See the thing is…..
In case you didn’t know it is a podcast that is hosted by singer song writer Bridget Kelly and social media influencer and podcaster Mandi B. Like all girl groups this started off as a trio and slowly became a duo over a short period of time. Since the ladies have become a dynamic duo they have a revolving door of guest that give opinions about todays political events also arts and leisure. Then there are the friends to the show, which are industry people they have come to personally know and artists whether it be musicians etc. who they are close friends with.
On this weeks episode Episode 254 | Does Intuition Make Mistakes the ladies covered a lot of things they did the usuals freshly squeezed which I like because it hits a soft spot in me. It is the segment of the show where the Bridget and mandy play songs that they feel their audience would like.
Now this week one of the ladies (Bridget Kelly) was talking about a singer (who is in the episode if you watch). That she went to go see live perform. She talked about how great it felt to go see a new artist performing who she feels has great talent, watching them put on a show and really just experiencing that high while onStage. She also mentioned that it jump started that feeling she had when she was on stage. With the resurgence of r&b and women are taking over the music game could Bridget Kelly be back on the scene?
