Threw away plants with no chance of revival. Expanded my plant adventures a little too much so I'm culling it and setting realistic goals. It feels so much better not having to look at wilting leaves breaking apart into thousands of pieces.

Packed for a work trip. I love packing and repacking to see how much I can fit within a given amount of space and reducing unnecessary items one by one until I have just the essentials. Unfortunately my "I simply love Tony Shalhoub" shirt is not coming with me this time

In the process I realized that clothes don't fit me right anymore? Maybe because I outgrew them (style wise, bc I haven't been growing since middle school apparently. I still have a shirt from back then that I wear sometimes) or maybe it's because my tits have grown because of birth control. it just doesn't look natural on my frame. So clothes just don't fit right? Maybe I'll do a wardrobe change sometime. I ended up packing stuff that I used to wear in college. rip. Also I don't know how to pack for spring weather when it's cold and hot. So I'm just worrying about that

Been noodling around my guitar (yeah I did end up getting one lol) and attempting the solo from Don't look back in anger. Realized that I did retain my skills from back then, and that skills are transferable between bass and guitar. When I used to play guitar I always thought I could only do the rhythm section but now I'm feeling like I could attempt more solos and arpeggios, partially due to the melodic baselines that I've been practicing? I wish I had a dedicated music room or a hobby room where I don't have to set things up every time and take it apart when I'm done. One day ☝️

Finished eating the loaf of flaxseed bread that I made. I think next time I'm going to have to grind the seed and the psyllium husk more finely because it was still a bit too gritty and i was having trouble holding them together. Maybe even a bit of sugar would help enhance the flavor too. My target is to get it to be somewhere close to the outback steakhouse Bushman bread because I used to love those, but obviously it's not gonna get as Smooth as those

I tried to upgrade my network setup to use a new router that has higher speeds, but the new one doesn't seem to really work with my apartment network. it keeps on showing the captive portal when the old one simply used to let me use the ethernet port for internet. Either way I tweaked around and found a way to put my network on a less busy channel. I like to think that it did something.

I always wonder how to answer when people ask 'how was your weekend' because so many things happen during the two days! and which part do you want to hear about?
