Here's an interesting story to share. Hope you have an afternoon as lovely as you are.
The monologue of a nurse who "self-healed" from new coronary pneumonia. This is a real incident in China. This is Jana, a Chinese nurse. On the evening of February 4, Jana, a 24-year-old nurse in the emergency department of Wuhan University People’s Hospital, published a long post on Weibo, reviewing the whole process of her successful recovery from the discovery of infection, to isolation at home, and finally relying on drugs and autoimmunity within 11 days. This was an unpredictable infection, because a colleague was infected with Coronavirus, she also checked for safety. As a result, the test was positive. ‘Yes, I was afraid of death at the time’ said Jana. Following the doctor's instructions, Jana followed the isolation and took medicine. During this period, not only did she fight the virus, she also appeared on Weibo to encourage the struggling health fighters and panicked people. Like every person infected with the new Coronavirus, Jana also experienced fear, sadness, and helplessness in the face of unknown results. During the quarantine period, the colleagues' daily concern and delivery of nutritious food to Jana’s quarantine room also gave Jana confidence.
But afterwards, Jana began to adjust her mentality. Jana has always emphasized that scientific prevention and treatment are the most important means to deal with new coronary pneumonia. "Fear can only make me more anxious, and a positive and rational mentality is correct." In the end, in Jana's strong will, she not only overcomes the psychological pressure, he also overcomes the virus and healed.
In the same way, we hope to be able to help patients like Jana like others. Here we want to let those who are under pressure know that you are not alone in your struggle, and we are facing it together with you.
We will fight together!

Consultation is a process in which we solve problems that may be of an emotional or interpersonal nature through meaningful and wise solutions. In addition, we help people understand and clarify their views. In this relationship of the process, our trained and experienced people (consultants) provide information to the people in trouble. The point is to help these people solve their problems and concerns.
Counselling can be considered as a professional relationship which enables different individuals, families and groups to achieve mental health, health care, education and career goals. The most significant meaning of the consultation we provide is to help people adapt to the environment and master the ability to solve problems. When patients usually cope with the disease like other struggles in life, the counselor can give them timely coping skills to help them resolve their doubts and emotional pain.
Come on! Let`s move on together.

Short Inspirational stories are powerful reads.
On May 9, Vinay Bansal had confirmed Covid-19 infection, he was admitted to SevenHills, a dedicated Covid hospital, and his treatment began.
The man in his 70s showed no anxiety or pain in the hospital, and he knew it was better than what many other patients suffered. “They were so encouraging and considerate that I had no time to bemoan my fate,” says Bansal. During his hospitalization, he read novels, also honed his skills in Bridge and chess. After 12 days without any symptoms, he was discharged from the hospital.
The lesson of this story is that we must never give up hope to look at this outbreak and remain optimistic. Although he is 75 years old, he keeps an optimistic attitude to face it, and he also takes some right and healthy ways to relieve stress. So stay positive and do something positive and you will recover.
Remember, you are not alone. Believe in yourself, believe in miracles.

Coronavirus is highly contagious.
At this time, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID-19. For mild symptoms patient, such as fever, cough and so on unwell symptom. Patients can be relieved by taking appropriate antipyretic, cough medicine, and then through the antibodies produced by their own to recovery. In this process, as a mild patient need to maintain an optimistic attitude, do not have too much mental pressure; Second, proper rest, do not fatigue stay up late; Third, drink more hot water to maintain a stable state of the body as a whole; Fourth, the diet can eat more vegetables and easy to digest food. Such mild disease patient can recover more quickly commonly.
For those severe cases, we should first of all attach great importance to the treatment of severe cases as soon as possible to avoid becoming critical cases. With the development of critical care medicine, there are various rescue and treatment methods for these patients, such as artificial liver, artificial kidney, blood purification treatment, some powerful drugs, and even the application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) to maintain cardiopulmonary function.
Whether you are a mild or severe patient, if you have any mental or psychological stress, we will be there.
You can always count on us.

Short Inspirational stories are powerful reads.
The family of a Menifee man who overcame the worst of COVID-19 is hoping that his story of survival will inspire others who may be going through the same. Brian Lundstrum's family says the 79-year-old was healthy. But that changed February when he started with a cough, followed by other symptoms, including a fever and loss of energy. He tested positive for the novel Coronavirus on March 13 - though he wasn't admitted to the hospital since he had no underlying health conditions. "He wasn't eating, we weren't seeing any improvements at all," said his granddaughter, Lindsey Redmann. On March 28, Lundstrum's wife called 911 and he was taken into the ICU at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Murrieta, where he spent more than 20 days. At one point during his hospitalization, Lundstrum was breathing 100% through a ventilator. The good news came on Monday when Lundstrum was taken off the ventilator and began to breath completely on his own.
Your will is the most important factor for your survival. Like Lundstrum, his willpower was what kept him going. As long as your will is high, you can defeat any disease. Illness is not terrible, as long as the faith in, recovery is not a dream. Be sure to believe in miracles. There are countless examples of overcoming Coronavirus. Positive mental attitude will help you stave off illness! This is life, it goes on, it always goes on, we will always be there for you, never to be afraid.
Don't be afraid. I'm with you.

Evenings are so full of hope and inspiration. Wishing you a very peaceful evening.
A total of 62 new Covid-19 cases were reported yesterday, pushing Malaysia's total cumulative cases to more than 10,000 since the pandemic began. From 7 September to today, the number of confirmed cases continues to increase, particularly on 11 September, when 182 cases were confirmed. This also marked the highest number of new cases reported in a single day since the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) came into effect on June 10.
Remember, a diagnosis does not mean a death sentence, as long as there is hope, there will be a cure. If you can do that, you'll really come out stronger when it's all over. You can grow from this experience.
We are here, Caring is always here.

Here is a motivational story to share with you.
A 103-year-old woman has recovered from the novel Coronavirus in Kentucky. Virginia Harris, a centenarian from Kentucky, tested positive for the Coronavirus in mid-March after experiencing fever and nausea, reports WJBF. Harris' family felt very heartbroken when knew that she had Coronavirus, because Harris had to go to the isolation centre alone for treatment. It's not as though she hasn't lived through interesting times. Born before the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic, she lived through that and the Great Depression too. But when she encountered COVID-19 at her age, she knew she was in the fight of her life. "I was so sick I thought I was going to die," Harris said. "It took me a while to make it, but I did the best I could." Some would say Virginia's love for her family and her faith helped her fight through. Virginia credits nurses at for caring for her, and her family for their support. Family members said they hope Virginia Harris' story will give hope to others sickened in the pandemic. “If she could get through it at 103, you would feel most people can get through it if they took care of themselves and did what they're supposed to do," said Virginia's son, Doug.
No matter who you are, don't give up. As long as there is hope, the crisis will be overcome. Just like the old granny in the story, even though she is very old, she still keeps an optimistic mood to face it. She used the support of her family as her motivation to overcome her illness. I believe you are also moved by her story. Therefore, you also can definitely get through this crisis, as long as you persevere, maintain an optimistic mood, and think of the person who loves you.
Come on! :) You are not alone. I am with you.

Good morning world. :)
2020 is an unfortunate year. The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting many countries, and the virus was also changing the way people live. According Worldmeters, Malaysia has 9868 confirmed cases and 9189 recovered cases of COVID-19 as of 13 September 2020. In addition, our "Hope" organization authorized by the government as an agency, launched a “Care for you” campaign. In this campaign, our tagline is "always caring, always here”. We will target on people who have Coronavirus disease, whether it's cured or ongoing in our action, because those diagnosed patients are severely affected physically and psychologically. Even when patients recover, there are signs that some may take a long time to fully recover. So, it's a long-term battle for them and the physical and psychological effects can make them feel inferior. Serious psychological effects will cause them to lose interest in life. In this campaign, our theme is bringing them endless happiness and psychological comfort. After that, we will help them through effective strategies of mentoring and caring, making them feel supported, not lonely, and helping them through the toughest times, which is our goal.
