hate for the sequels??
i personally really donât understand all the hate the star wars sequels receive. the most iâve been told is that it has a boring storyline and theoretically wouldnât work in the star wars universe.
but are we forgetting that itâs star wars? itâs literally science fiction anything can happen.
also, if we want to get into the technical parts of the universe, the amount of different planets that the characters visit might imply that there are different laws and things that can happen on the planet.
i personally think that the plot of the sequels is really good, itâs got a badass villain and a badass hero, who end up having one of the most incredible interpretations of an enemies to lovers arc i personally have ever seen. so itâs not âlazy writingâ.
and people are often saying that rey is like a remake of luke skywalker. to me itâs genuinely like people pick at every little thing that they can to diss the sequels, so what if reys in a slightly similar situation to luke? i personally think it helps for later on in tlj when theyâre on the island together, they can understand each other a lot easier.
and to be honest, iâm not a massive fan of the prequels, i donât really have reasons theyâre just not my cup of tea. so iâm not trying to tell people to love the sequels, you donât have to, im just asking that people donât disrespect those who do like the sequels, because itâs really not hard to just not like something and shut up about it.

[Art Station] Tell us about one of your most challenging projects.
[Phil Saunders] I just finished working on Star Wars Episode 9, and that was a truly humbling experience. The level of work produced by people like Ryan Church, Eric Tiemens and Doug Chiang is both inspiring and intimidating. But this is the only way you grow as an artist, by working alongside artists whoâs work youâre in awe of. You never learn anything by being the most talented guy in the room.
There are no pictures yet, but this is an amazing development. The number of people who have read the script for IX is growing. Somewhere out there probably lie sketches of Reylo kisses.

GRAND ADMIRAL SLOANE WILL BE IN EPISODE 9

Newest codename for a character in SW Episode 9 is âMARAâ

Exhibit A:
We know Sloane would be in her 60s, but Hollywood would only show an actress who could still fight in her 40s/50s.
Sloane trains to be a hand-to-hand combat fighter on par with Admiral Thrawn.
Sheâs Beauty, sheâs Grace, she will def kick you in your face.
Exhibit B:
âMaraâ calls back to the Empire, someone loyal to the Emperor. Someone who bridged the past and the future.
Sloane was loyal to the Empire, that much is made known of her character in the Aftermath Series. So much so, rather than allowing it to cease to exist, she recruited other loyalists and they fled to the Unknown Territories beyond Jakku. She founded the First Order.
Let me repeat,
SLOANE FOUNDED THE FIRST ORDER
Thatâs right everyone, the real badass villain of the First Order all along was Grand Admiral Sloane.
Exhibit C:
How Iconic would it be to introduce the founder of the First Order vs the founder of the Resistance? Sloane vs Leia.
Two queens on opposing sides of the chessboard.
Their sons fighting eachother for supremacy to a majestic legacy.
Thatâs right, sons
Exhibit D:
Sloane saw potential in Hux and took him under her wing. Taught him everything to make him an exemplary leader. In essence, he is her son.
Betcha heâs going to whine to dear old mum that some Force user Kylo usurped the authority of the First Order.
Sloane would be the military and political support Hux would need to lead the coup against Kylo Ren.
Exhibit E:
Having Sloane would be the final piece needed to push Kylo to make a choice, because ultimately the fate of the galaxy rests on his shoulders.
Will he be the Dark Side Supreme Leader to take full control of the galaxy under the flag of the First Order or will he choose the Light and return to help the Resistance defeat the First order as the prodigal son at the side of his mother, Leia?
In conclusionâŚ
Having two women, Queens of their factions, born from the Empire battle eachother one more time for ultimate supremacy or peace would make for the most iconic movie and you know it. Whether they fight physically or with their chess players, these two women will make history.

Dear Diary,
It's me, Rey again....
Tonight I am going on a date with Matt the Radar Tech from my History class. He has asked me out over 7 times, and I always told him FUCK NO. But this time, I thought I'd go for it. I mean, why not? It wouldn't hurt me. Matt the Radar Tech is one of those FUNKY types of guys who gets straight J 's in all subjects; he's pretty much a PLUMBERS's JAGUAR. It was TUESDAY NOON when I heard a BOOM at the door. It was Matt the Radar Tech holding a bouquet of EGGS, which he handed me one. I took his PENIS as we walked over to his CRUISER. We drove to a restaurant that over- LEAKED the ocean. He ordered CHIPS, chicken BOOBS, PLUM and a double BANANA burger with SEMEN. I just wanted a STRAWBERRY with VODKA. He probably thought I was fast, but I couldn't help being turned off by his outfit--- PURPLE plaid boots with a tucked in, button-down GLOVE and over-sized JACKETS on! On our way home after dinner, we talked about HOUSES and why they're so FLEXIBLE, which I thoughtwas pretty ROUND. He walked me to my door and kissed me on the DONGS. He told me that he had a SMALL time tonight, that we should JUMP again sometime. I shook my head NEVER and quickly went inside. I felt kind of HORNY seeing him again at school, but we usually just say HOLY COW! whenever we BUCKLE into each other in THE TRASH CAN.Â

Rey was suddenly feeling frisky so she asked Kylo if he wanted to THRUST in the PATIO with her. Normally, one would use this room to store vast collections of KITTENS, but this time Rey felt like switching things up.
Rey just knew he was ready to go when he propped her CLIT up on the CHAISE LOUNGE and gave her his SOFT bedroom eyes.
After QUICKLY going at it for SIX minutes, they both climaxed at the exact same time: 2:30AM. But then they looked deep into each otherâs BOOBIES and knew exactly what the other one wanted: one more round. Kylo put on ELVISâs greatest hits, lit a few HOT DOG-scented candles and knocked FLIP FLOPS for 14 more hours!
