Gentle reminder that as an admin in a group, if there is a problem with a player, it is partly your responsibility to alert them to this being a problem prior to it getting to the stage that you ask them to leave the group. If it is a big enough problem that you’re going to ask someone to leave the group, and it has been an ongoing problem, and you have received multiple complaints, it is your responsibility as an admin to talk to the player and inform them that there is a problem.
If you do not talk to them, they cannot fix the problem at hand, and if there’s no change without you informing them that there’s a problem, then clearly they’re not aware of it being a problem. As a player, being asked to leave a group when you’ve had no warning that there’s a problem is extremely unfair, especially if you’ve been in the group for a long period of time and you had literally no idea that it was a problem.
Failing to speak to your player when there’s a problem, especially if it’s ongoing, is extremely unfair to the player and is a problem on the part of the admin more than the part of the player. It is your responsibility to talk to your players, you make that commitment when you begin a group, and if you fail to do so, perhaps you shouldn’t be leading your group in the first place.

Count yourself lucky, kid -- I don't do much complimenting.
That’s what I like to hear from ya, some kinda really subtle compliment.
'Course I am, any opportunity to suss out the competition.

Camila huffed. "Sé que este juego mejor que cualquier otra persona en el mismo. Si lo que quería en los otros equipos, lo habría encontrado hace alguien meses. No eres el único que sabe Latina, y apuesto a que el resto de ellos no son personal Profeta, tampoco." Although his offer was appealing ... and she had been meaning to expand, as of late ... and it was a guaranteed way to keep Theo silent ... and she didn't even detest spending time with him, either. Maybe ...
No. Camila shook her head violently, as if to prevent her resolve from fading. Just because his logic wasn't flawed didn't mean hers was, right? Besides, there was one teensy eensy little thing standing in her way, still. "I don't know you well enough to trust you, Theo. If you're really -- Si usted está realmente invertido en esto, vas a tener que demostrar a mí. No necesito a otro chico shrimpy putear a cabo en el último minuto y me dejó varados."
Sitting up, Camila snatched Theo's soda out of his hand and gulped half of it down before setting it on the table with a sideways look a him. "Y otra cosa - Noel. ¿Quieres que confíe en ti con esta mierda cuando su compañero de piso quiere ver mi cabeza en bandeja de plata? No veo la lógica allí."

Trust me, they already do appreciate my beauty. Case in point.
I can definitely hope not. They could use being knocked down a peg or two.
What an I say, I have a knack for seeing the truth. The world should appreciate my skills and your beauty on the regular.

Well I can assure you, their wings won't be intact by the end of the season, if I have my way.
You know what? You're right. I do look outstanding in everything. Quite observant of you, Edgey.
Absolutely disappointing. It’d be fun watching all the Wasps wings break, wouldn’t it? I dunno about that, babe, I think you look outstanding in anything. But I might be a bit biased.

What a disappointment. And I have to agree with you -- I do look outstanding in blue, and opposed to simply fantastic in grey.
Something tells me they’re not gonna break all of ‘em, though. I’m calling maybe two — both on the new Seeker, though. Besides, I like you on the Arrows. Makes my favorite team just a little bit better.

If we're lucky, all of 'em. Always thought I'd be a better Falcon, anyhow. Breaking bones is my calling.
How many broken bones you think we’re gonna get this game? Falcons always break someone, I swear.

Yeah, well, not all of us Arrows are thrilled.
I’m kinda makin’ a point not t’go insultin’ teammates for a change. Kinda makes it hard t’prove I fit in if I go throwin’ insults everywhere and all.
Point is. M’nae workin’ for the sake of spotlight or summat. I’m workin’ for the sake of bein’ a better player. Since y’know. The Arrows actually put some value inta workin with me an’ all.

You want a -- you know what? Sure. I'm never one to pass on a drink. But you're buying.
Certainly, but I rather like a good puzzle to solve. Nothing, work’s a stress and I want to get a drink and dance? If that’s where your going or where you want to go, I say we go now before Arturo gives my free drink to the bottle blonde bimbo with the dragon hip tattoo.

Yeah, for once.
Beaters’re important for the whole game. Keep the whole team safe an’ take down the other an’ all. They get less spotlight than they should too, given they’ve got a harder job’n almost anyone on pitch, keepin’ up with the Bludgers an’ all. Are you tryin’ t’find an insult in what I’m sayin’ or somethin’? ‘Cause I’m actually not bein’ insultin’ for once.

And the Beaters?
No, you assumed. We shouldn’t have the spotlight, that goes to the Chasers and Keepers. Seekers just end the match. We’re not so important until the chase.
