Prisoner Rehabilitation Takes Many Forms

After many peaceful protests, un-peaceful protests, bloodshed, and campaigns, Piltover is finally engaging in reforms, the most ambitious of which is doing away with Stillwater Prisoner in favor of rehabilitation. Each Enforcer will be given one prisoner to rehabilitate. Caitlyn thinks it’s the perfect chance to be reunited with Vi. The universe gives her Jinx instead.
