Seeing a bunch of "wow so many people just hate kipperlily call her evil ect" posts and while yes those exist I have seen more, and made more, just kinda criticizing the character in general not demonizing her, so I'm gonna put my more or less refined kipperlily thoughts here, in one post, and be done with her. Ideally I will not talk about her again because this topic seems so raw for so many people it's uncomfortable.

I am no longer interested in Kipperlily as a character. I, based on what we've seen now, find her character concept boring and a little lacking. I used to be so hype, so interested in who she was/what motivated her, this bitchy passive aggressive mean girl, so nasty but her motivations unknown. Those motivations, as of episode 16, are *to me* narratively disappointing.

She feels like a joke now. She's an entitled middle class gal who is jealous of tragedy, yes a real life thing? I understand that, but doesn't make her interesting or fun to watch. She's an exp leveler, we knew that, but she's also a vessel to mock the background system, getting mechanical advantages from tragedies. Ok, I get the joke, ha ha. Now we still have to deal with this entitled, hypocritical gal knowing there was never any real legitimacy to her anger, she's motivated by a perceived injustice that is just plain rude.

Also, I get she's Ankarna'd. I get she's not evil, her murder(s) are for this Ankarna plotline we know almost nothing about, but the baseline Kipperlily just isn't that interesting to me. She's a girl who digs dirt on everyone around her to get *upset* about and somehow misses all the evil plots. In freshman year she dug into people to be jealous of their *tragedy* and either totally missed, or did nothing to stop the evil plot going on. Her talents and skills go to waste and I just, do not like her. I don't hate her, I don't hate dimension 20, I don't hate Brennan. I was just hoping for a more subjectively compelling villain/antihero than what we got. That is all.

Please don't try to involve me in future kipperlily drama. I don't hate your problematic fave, I just don't see her as a sympathetic suffered or N interesting villain anymore.
