I had the pleasure of working in Ross’s class while doing my Work Experience in the Good Shepherd. He was one of the happiest little boys I’ve ever met. On my first day in his class, he was the first to introduce himself to me, while also asking his teacher if it would be okay that I worked with him during my first few days. He used to be so excited when he would see me out on yard duty, always offering to walk around with me for a little while so I wouldn’t be on my own.
Every encounter I’ve ever had with him will be cherished in my heart forever, and I can’t even begin to imagine what a loss this must be for his friends and family. My heart goes out to everyone during this time. I’m sure his nanny was waiting with her arms wide open for him at the gates to Heaven. Rest in Peace, Ross, you will never know how big of an impact you’ve had on this world during your short time on this earth.
If you could spread this around it would be greatly appreciated, the money will go towards paying for Ross’s funeral and to help his family get back on their feet after this devastating loss. Thank you so much.

People think Riverdale will truthfully be able to tell a cheating story (with a love "square" they should never have set foot in) without it being romanticized?
Riverdale? The same show that in season 1 showed Archie with his teacher Grundy aka STATUTORY RAPE but instead of defining their relationship as illegal, the writers defined it as "forbidden romance." The show that never bothered to discuss she was in fact a PREDATOR who preyed on several teenage boys, Archie being one. They romanticized it into being someone Archie "cared" about and after she was run out of town by Fred the whole situation was never acknowledged again.

Before I say anything, I know it takes two to tango and what both Betty and Archie are doing speaks volumes on the negative sides of their characters, but I would like to point out that this scenario can actually be quite realistic when we look at the circumstances Archie has had to face this season.
His father suddenly and tragically died
His girlfriend’s father is essentially dying
His “friends” had him play along in their Jughead fake Murder
He found out he can’t graduate with his friends
All of these traumas have a significant impact on Archie; all in negative ways and honestly? I really think that if the writers actually took the time to develop a character, we would be witnessing Archie hit an emotional crisis. The loss of a parent, sibling or close friend or, even a job may cause a man or woman to question how they are living their life.
One loss for Archie was a parent, the second “loss” was his best friend and although that loss wasn’t real, this trauma has also affected Jughead in a way that has changed him and y’know what? In turn, that means Archie has technically lost his friend, because Jughead isn’t the same as before.
Basically, I think Archie is going through a very badly written emotional crisis, does that make him innocent in his actions? No, but it does explain why he’s changing so drastically both emotionally and socially? Yeah.
