inguk-ia‌:
“Yeah, he’s dead.” The steambot was extremely anxious about the situation as well. Inguk had to admit the kid was right. They would easily be looked at as the perpetrators, especially considering the blood-covered bot. He looked around, still not seeing anyone besides the various animals. It was an old-fashioned farm and there were no cameras nearby. The student seemed to be freaking out a little bit. Finally, the protective side Inguk was created with kicked in.
“Okay, kid, I admit you’re right. We can’t just ignore it and walk away, especially me ‘cause I look obvious. I need your help. We gotta take the poor sap somewhere before someone sees.” Inguk couldn’t help but grimace as he hoisted the body into his arms, then slump over his shoulder. Some of the blood flew and splattered against the student’s shoe. “Shit, sorry. Here, hold this.” He handed the large knife to the student, then kicked some dirt to cover up the blood. “Uh– follow me.” He began hastening towards the chicken houses behind the butcher shop.
The dragon was in shock, looking to the place the body was seconds ago, his mind was going crazy with his thoughts. He was creating theories and more theories. He took the large knife almost in an automatic way, looking to the place the body was and to the steambot. He would never imagine he’d see that kind of situation.
He started to follow the teacher. Opening his mouth and closing it, finally taking some strong to ask. “Isn’t it too heavy to only one carry?” He pointed to the body, even if the other couldn’t see it. Just in that moment he notice the knife in his hands - just because he use the same hand to point. “I just can’t believe we just found a body....a dead body.”

junmyeon-ia‌:
The man smiled at the fire-creature. “Didn’t the wings give it away? I am an owlite.” He said as he wrapped the books neatly in brown paper that smelled like spices and something ancient. “Oh no, I need to wrap it to protect the books from the outside weather it is my last honor before books leave the shop.” He insisted as he took out a ball of yarn and cut some pieces to bind the books neatly. “You’ll get better at it, just be here long enough, you’ll find all kinds of creatures around.” He said and then looked up when he offered the other the books.
“There you go.”
“It’s better to ask then get it wrong.” He said in a low voice, more to himself. He took sometime looking to his wings, they’re cute. He found himself thinking about having wings, it must be nice have then, just ignoring his words about wrapping, lost in his thoughts. “Nice wings.” It slipped between his lips before he could notice. “Thank you for the books. I’m sure I’ll come here often.” He smiled and bowed. “See you around.”

jeongmin-ia‌:
He was sipping from his wine as he observed the other man, eyes narrowing every now and then as he pressed his lips together as he listened to the dragon. He wondered about something a friend of him had said- a friend who was very biased against dragons. Who had told him that there had never been a dragon worth his time because they were all cheating bastards. Stereotypes. Jeongmin thought. Like how the other had assumed things about him just because he was a cupid.
“Yeah, we all do mean things but one or two mean things don’t equal being a bad person or I am evil incarnate.” he laughed and then snorted at the act of the other. “You’re a fucking weirdo.” he said and rolled his eyes “fine, whatever. We should see if there’s a taxi or something. How much money do you have on you? I don’t know if we can pay by card.”
He laughed imagining the cupid being evil. It didn’t match with the image he has of him, but at least now he could imagine the cupid with horns - like demons. At least was a good image. “I know I’m a weirdo.” He smiled, moving his tail, even if people already said he was weirdo in a mean way, he still could appreciate when people called him weirdo. It wasn’t like he wasn’t at all.
He started to look for money on his pocket, every new pocket he put some money on the table. In the end, it wasn’t much. “Not that much. I just came to know more the city and comeback... If you have more to complete my part, I can pay you later.” He pouted, it was unconscious.

jeongmin-ia‌:
There was a frown on the cupids face as the other revealed that he had never loved someone. “What are you talking about? Have you never loved your parents? Family? A pet? A friend?” he couldn’t believe that what the other said was true- surely Baek would have loved someone, once upon a time, someone had to be loved by the other— right?
There was an sad expression in his face, but he tried his best to just forget it. “Maybe a friend, but...” He started to bite his fingers. “I mean a love like a lover, you know, I never had one. Did you had one?” He felt curious, looking to the other with sparkling eyes, excited about the answer.

Chuckling at this, he hound nodded and moved to rest his cheek into his palm instead, for now ceasing the tapping now that he’d realized he was doing it–not that he cared too much about bugging others, but he’d let the other speak. “What would you like to do outside of class?” He hummed, powder pink eyes watching Baek curiously. “They are, they’re too long for my taste.”
“Don’t know.. What would you like?” He looked to the other with a smile, his eyes winking slowly because he was sleepy and tired. He almost said about how he looked cute, but he just shake his head trying to forget it. “Yeah, too long. My body hurts and I’m sleepy.” He start to move his feet trying to start to move his body, that was stopped for too long.

namjoon-ia‌:
Oh gosh, he let his shoulders relax as he stared at the now-wet-and-slightly-blackened curtains…well, at least it hadn’t spread too far.
Namjoon looked to Baek after a moment, a bit of concern showing on his expression, “Why’d you get angry?” He had to ask–especially since it caused a fire…though his eyes dropped to the tail and he nodded a bit, “It’s cute but…looks hard to control,” kind of reminded him of a pokemon. Very cute. A bit of a chuckle left him, adrenaline since rushing through his but beginning to fizzle out.
“Oh–it’s okay,” he waved his hand a little, setting down the extinguisher, “Things happen..it’s not really your fault,” well it kinda was, but Namjoon was trying to be nice. “I’m glad you’re not hurt! Right?” Guess he should have asked that first.
“Just a bad day.” He murmured, with a sad tone. It’s been one of his worst days so far. But as soon as he got sad, he get happy, his tail moving side by side by the compliment, but he decided to not talk about it. It wasn’t hard, except if he gets angry or too distracted. Both happened today. “I’m okay, but you... Did you hurt?” He found himself moving, looking to the other man entire body just to search for any injury. For a moment, he stopped looking to his face. “Do I know you? I never saw you here... Or maybe I’m getting crazy.” His head moved side by side, telling to himself he was not crazy. Yet.

inguk-ia‌:
There was a pause, a silence between them as they both tried to comprehend the situation at hand. The student suddenly yelled and Inguk’s panic set in. “Shh! Hush, kid! Do you wanna alert the whole farm?” The steambot dropped the knife to the ground and raised his hands upwards, as if to show innocence. “I was jus’ helpin’ a local at their butcher shop, I swear! I just saw this guy when you did.” Inguk took a look at their surroundings. There didn’t seem to be anyone else nearby. Inguk leaned down to turn the body. The man’s gaze was unfocused and he certainly didn’t feel warm enough to be living.
“Shit, poor guy what did this to you?” What timing these two from the academy had. They could be tried as adults and put on trial for this just for coming upon some crime scene! He was torn between leaving the guy there to be discovered by a human or taking the body to someone. As the teacher, perhaps he should have a plan. But he was at a loss, to be honest. “W-what do you think we should do?”
“Is...it dead?” He murmured, still in shock, starting to bite his own fingers. The body, the blood, everything in that situation makes himself anxious, he couldn’t stop shaking. He nodded hearing his words about not killing the guy, he wasn’t sure if it was true, but what else could he do?
He looked to the body, examinating it. “We should take it away, what if someone see us, they could....” He didn’t finish his words. His eyes were busy looking around, he was scared someone could see them. No one would believe in them, they were the first to see the body, and one was covered in blood. “First, take it away, then, maybe burn it or examinate it, I don’t know.”

inguk-ia‌:
Finally, there was a moment where Inguk could break away from the group and head to one of the places he had been looking most forward to- the nearby farm! Having taking a liking to animals much more as of late, he was quite excited to go pat the tiny goats and maybe chase a few chickens. He had spent a few minutes walking through and admiring the beautiful land when he was stopped suddenly by an elder local.
It must have been obvious by his expression that he had no idea what she was trying to ask of him so desperately. The frail woman began to make large gestures as she spoke, mostly miming lifting something. She even reached out to squeeze his pectoral muscles (looking surprised, most likely because they felt like metal). It finally clicked that she needed some muscle to help move something. So, of course, being the helpful man that he was, he followed her to assist.
That’s how the steambot ended up spending the next hour lifting large, already skinned and now exsanguinated animal bodies from their hooks to be then trimmed and cut. Of course a fully-functional farm could have it’s own butchery, He just supposed the person who usually handled the heavy-lifting was indisposed. Inguk gestured toward the lady that he was taking a break and he walked outside. He had enough sense to take his jacket off before the task but wasn’t truly aware of just how messy it would be. His white shirt with sleeves rolled up was covered in animal blood. That along with spatters across his arms and his tan slacks. In his left hand he held a large, also blood covered butcher knife.
Outside to his right lay a body, a human body, face down on the ground.. un-moving. Perhaps he found the indisposed heavy lifter. Before he could react to the possibly dead man, his gaze moved upwards to meet a familiar student. Well, this didn’t look good.
He didn’t know the exact reason why he was leading to the farm, he just followed his own desire, also he want to see different animals, it was a good opportunity. He felt excited to see cows, horses, he couldn’t see it everyday. But then he saw it.
Everything stopped for seconds, his eyes widened and he opened his mouth. There was a body in the ground, he squeezed his shirt. By his side there was a man, covered in blood. It wasn’t just a man. It was from the academy. “What?!” His voice sounded loud, even if wasn’t supposed to. It took sometime to realise the other was a teacher, he know that face. His eyes were busy looking to the man in the ground and to the teacher. “You killed him?” He looked to the man with an incriminate look.

brighid-ia‌:
Poor boy. Brighid did pity him some, for he could not find it in him to love what he was given. However, she understood his battle. It was commonplace amongst living beings. Hadn’t she too, felt similarly at one point in her life? Didn’t she still carry a terrible hate for herself? Offering pretty words would not help this young boy, not until he chose to hold them to heart himself. “We all have qualities we wished we possessed.” She said simply.
“Oh, you will, I’m sure.” Brighid gave the boy a tiny smile, before standing up again, her hands moving around to tug at her sweater and pull it down around her waist. “I am not as bright a personality as many around here are. They will offer you a vibrance and life that I can only wonder at.” Brighid offered her hand to the boy on the ground, so that he could grasp on and pull himself up too. “Words of a future philosopher. You seem to be fit for such a profession.”
He nodded, he found himself joking like he’s used too. “If I could choose, I’d like to have those ears.” He pointed to her ears, smiling shyly. “But it’d be weird having those as a dragon.” He would like t have it, it was so cute and pretty at the same time. Actually, if he could choose, he wouldn’t be a dragon.
“I like that you wonder a lot. You say a lot with your thoughts, so far didn’t meet anyone like that. I never will.” He took her hand, pulling himself up, but losing his own balance, tooking some time to stand up. “Philosopher? Guess between us, the philosopher would be you, don’t you think so?” Unconsciously, he pouted. “I’m not into words, even if I talk a lot.”

jeongmin-ia‌:
A cupid cushion, dear lord. That made the man laugh and shake his head, the laughter sounded like chimes and he muffled it with his hand. “Love can hurt indeed, but it usually starts out soft. The best kinds of love are soft but you are right, it’s not always.” He touched his own wings at that, in thought. “I wish all love was soft, don’t you?”
He found himself laughing with the cupid. “Even your laugh is cute.” He murmured, teasing the other. He wasn’t lying, it was cute that makes him soft. He nodded to his words about love, taking sometime to answer, bitting his fingers in the meantime. “Yeah, guess if the love isn’t soft, it must be hard. You know, I never loved someone, so I can say much about it...” His voice becoming lower by the end.

jeongmin-ia‌:
Jeongmin did not really like it when people didn’t treat him right- obviously no one did but the cupid had been too long with people that treated him like shit that he was now very sensitive to these kinds of behaviors, he looked at his nails, picking at some skin.
The cupid did hear it and eyed the dragon. “What do you mean?” he asked as he leaned backward and took a sip from his wine, watching the other curiously. “You think you’re mean?” The cupid couldn’t really see it- sure the other was a little insensitive he thought, but perhaps there was something more to the dragon? Well now he was intrigued for sure.
He sighed, if he could express how much he hate talking too much sometimes. It was because of these times where words just slipped from his lips that they were in that situation, and again he was letting them slip. He was cursing himself in all words he knew.
“Yeah, I mean.... There were times were I did mean things.” He looked to the wall, lost in his own thoughts. That times that he want to forget. His eyes were sad and he smiled trying to think in good memories. “Maybe.... Now do you forgive me? Hm?” His voice was back to normal, he tried his best to look cute, even letting himself touch the cupid shoulder, but he knew his face was still showing his sadness from secons ago.

junmyeon-ia‌:
“I don’t know, maybe the voodoo master in town has something to help you, or mister Key? I don’t do enchantments, i am magical but not a spellcaster.” He shrugged. “That’ll be 65000 won then, shall I wrap them?” He asked as he took the books back from Baek. “Hm? No not all, I did read a lot of them but I haven’t read everything in here, maybe about sixty percent of the store?” He smiled “I am very old after all.”
“What kind of magical you are?” He let his curiosity talks. “I’m not that good in knowing the kinds.” He was sad, but he shouldn’t let it bother him. He took some monney from his pockets, looking for the price the other said taking some time to count it. “I could live in a place like this.” He looked to all the books again, smiling. “I want to read all books you have, may take a long time, but it’s my wish, so we can share knowledge and stories.” He put the money in the desk. “No need to wrap”

jungjinwoo-ia‌:
Jinwoo would have understood the urge to pat his fluffy hair. He was fighting his own urge to ask the other to sing so he could see if the lilac tone of their voice changed to purple. There was the sound of a chair being pulled across the floor and then Jinwoo felt the breeze of the other sitting down in front of him. Baek hadn’t been here much longer, then. That was okay though, Jinwoo was still set on being as forward with people as possible and making connections. It’s not as though he were incredibly introverted, it was just never his first thought to start a conversation.
“Okay.” He answered shortly, but inside was appreciative to know someone had his back. He had to agree, though, everyone had been quite nice thus far. “Wait- fire in their pants?” He couldn’t tell if this was some new saying or if he really could set someone’s pants on fire. “You can do that?” His expression lit up in amusemen.
He left a soft laugh thinking about putting fire in someone’s pants, it wasn’t nice but it would be a funny scene. Still he was too calm to do it, he couldn’t imagine himself doing it to someone. He always prefer to be kind after all.
“Yeah, I can. I’m a dragon, I put fire on things. Also I have an tail with fire in the end... I’d say to you touch it so you can have a better image, but... it’s fire, not cool get burned.” He said with a low voice, a little sad. He knew some people used to touch others a lot to get an image, about what were they touching or the texture, and he didn’t mind about it. It was sad the other couldn’t get an exact image.

elidyr-ia‌:
“I guess that’s a positive thing then?” Elidyr asked with a laugh, he thought he looked older than he was but perhaps that was because of all the things he had done in his life- ah well perhaps the magic and living healthy had helped. “Thanks though” He made sure to compliment the other.
“Maybe not all, but the pup likes you. It is a thing you know where animals pick their owner and not the other way around.” His eyes wandered over to the older cat that was laying on the windowsill in the sun, enjoying the warmth and ignoring the visitor. “Ah, the academy is fine with pets I have gotten many people pets in the academy. Your room mate well, you will have to ask them. Who is your room mate?”
He took a while looking at the man, he was paying too much attention to the animals, and after saying about his age he couldn’t help but stare. Looking at his traces, hair, nose, everything. He knew he shouldn’t stare like that, but he always like too. It feels like looking into their soul.
“I know, I like the little one too.” He reached for the pup, to pet him a little more. It was a connection between them, he could feel it. Inside his head, he was thinking in an evil plan - not so evil - if the pet becames a problem to his room mate. “This is good. Maybe.... we should turn the academy into a zoo? Put all the pets there.” He thought out loud. “My room mate is Yeo...Yeomra?” He tilted his head, confused if the name was right, but he hoped so.

namjoon-ia‌:
Oh gosh–he hadn’t thought about being able to use it correctly or not. He’d followed the dragon until he saw the fire, giving a bit of a startled noise as he fumbled with the extinguisher.
Oh, there were instructions on it! Kind of useless when in a panic, admittedly, but he quickly pulled the pin at the top (as the picture showed) and stepped a bit closer to the flame to squeeze the lever, to which–it worked! The noise it made semi startled him, but without much effort, the fire was out, and his shoulders dropped from the tension leaving him.
“Goodness, how’d that even happen?”
He was surprised, but let out a sign in relief, finally he could let the stress come out. Also he got startled by the sound from the extinguisher, he never used one, neither saw anyone using it. There was a first time for everything. His body felt weird after running in the hallway in such state like he was.
“I got angry...” He murmured. “Usually when it happens the fire becames higher.” He pointed to the tail, scratching the back of the neck. “It’s hard to see if I’m close to anything when it moves side by side and....when I saw there’s fire in the curtains.” He grinned, he felt shame for the whole situation. “I’m sorry and thank you too.” He bowed.

jeongmin-ia‌:
while he was a cupid now the man still had the temper he used to have when he had been a siren, before his rebirth and the poor dragon now had to face that temper. Jeongmin was on his second glass of wine by the time the dragon had returned and now in dry clothing. At least that and he wouldn’t be sneezed on again. Bah!
He side-eyed the other when he came back and he… felt bad for the other. “You’re pretty young, aren’t you?” The cupid asked as he gestured to the bartender to pour a glass of red wine for Baek. “I mean, you seem quite young at times, what are you? Early twenties?” perhaps he would now insult the dragon. Ah well. “You can’t assume things just because someone is a certain race, you know its racist. The demon that runs this place is sure dangerous but he is also my closest friend and just because I am a cupid it doesn’t mean I am all ethereal.” He shrugged
“If I was like that, then I would assume you are a mean, arrogant and selfish creature just because most of the dragons I met were like that.”
He looked to the glass of red wine for some time, long enough because he was thinking. It was a weird silence, and he sighed. “I’m not young, just didn’t have the chance to learn the right things....” He didn’t have an excuse at all, it was his feelings. Living in the streets for a time, without school, or someone to pull his ears when he was wrong. It was hard.
He took the glass, tasting it a bit, but as soon, he put in back in the place, making a funny face. “I know I was wrong, forgive me, shouldn’t have said that.” He bowed, hoping the other would forgive him. “But, that doesn’t mean I’m not mean....” He murmured, letting it slip from his tongue, closing his eyes hoping the other didn’t heard it.
