So Nefja never really had fixed cues for the different paws for give paw (just "paw" and "other paw" but that changed around depending which she gave first) so I introduced the cues as "Barbie" (her right) and "Oppenheimer" (her left) a while back now and she has a really good quota.

When I had a car, I did not get it inspected for 2 years. Something about this task fills me with dread and anxiety. First, you can only get a car inspected monday-friday 8am-5pm. That's when I work, ok! I'm not taking off time from my job to pay the government to tell me my car is safe. My car is (was, when I had it) safe. I can do all the honking and brake lights and safety checks that the boy at the auto shop can do. You don't need a special license to honk a horn... Honk honk honk, feds.

I know there is a housing crisis and single family homes are more desirable than apartments and townhomes etc but it should be a felony for land developers to put 6 fucking houses on an acre. Homeowners deserve a quarter acre at minimum, anything less than that is criminal. You can't even plant a tree lest it fall over in 80 years and smash 8 houses in a row!
