Seems like everyone on radblr is posting about Taylor Swift. It's all love or hate for the new album or anger about her flights or gaybaiting or gender theories. I haven't seen you post about her so which are you?
i'm in whichever category simply does not give a shit about having any strong opinion on this woman. I think I've reblogged something about the environmental impact of her flights at some point, but I hid her name from my dash because, again, I simply do not give enough of a shit to bother defending or accusing or speculating about her. not a swiftie or a hater or anything else other than entirely apathetic towards her with a dash of mild annoyance at how unavoidably omnipresent she is.

I’ve been following the case since they first discovered a part of her human remains.This man seemed to have scattered them in different parts of the city .It’s like not even in death can people show Sade and her family any sympathy or compassion.From black men and women blaming her for going on a date with this white man saying it’s divesting gone wrong.Even black women being especially insensitive about her death and blaming her.Then black men as you pointed out gloating about her death.Then even some white people that her death is not racially motivated. All of these people can’t even for one moment find it in themselves to care about Sade instead of shaming someone who was brutally killed.Im sorry for writing all of that I’ve just had to see people just being awful about Sade’s death .Im thankful for you being one of the few people I’ve seen not blaming Sade for what happened to her or using her death as some kind of lesson .

one of the ways misogynoir continues to dehumanize black women even after death is by not letting the girls and women who are victims of male violence be individuals.
george floyd got to be an individual, even as his murder was used to start a movement. no one who wasn't a racist blamed him, even as he was an imperfect victim, because people understood that he was a human being above all else. yet people can't extend that sympathy to black women and girls. remember, misogynoir is a form of misogyny, and misogyny has been the hegemony by which most societies are organized for thousands of years because so many women are also complicit in woman-hating, as sick as it makes me to think about that. may we keep her memory, sade robinson, as a beautiful young girl who deserved to grow old, who had her own ambitions and loves and dreams we won't ever see fulfilled. may we also remember that she was another victim in the epidemic of black femicide in the united states, in a sea of pain:

Can the trend where if a woman wears something even slightly "masc" or does anything diverting from woman's gender roles, other women call her "my boyfriend", "boyfriend [insert name]" or "my man" STOP?
I'm going to use Taylor as an example because that's who I've seen this happen to a lot lately.
Like this is one of the pics of her that I've seen people refer to her as "my boyfriend". She doesn't have make up on, doesn't have her hair done, and is wearing a hoodie.
Like why are you associating these characteristics with men? Is it because you know deep down that men are allowed to just exist their natural state and women are told to constantly perform to be "seen as a woman"?
Can women just live in their own skin for more than five seconds without being called a man?
Also some other examples I've seen online of people using "my boyfriend", "boyfriend Taylor" or "my man" to describe pictures of Taylor:
"Boyfriend Taylor" HOW?
"My man" Again, how?
"Boyfriend Taylor" What do you MEAN?
"Boyfriend Taylor" She's wearing sunglasses, wearing a sweater, and holding up a 'I Voted Today' sticker...
"Boyfriend Taylor" She's wearing a t-shirt, jeans, and boots.
"Boyfriend Taylor"/"My boyfriend" Because she's wearing a cap backwards, leaning back, and lifting her chin?
"Boyfriend Taylor" Because you know, over-sized leather jacket and also holding two women (and obviously only men can hold women like that because otherwise that would be gay and women can't be gay).
"Boyfriend Taylor" Wearing a T-shirt and jeans and is leaning towards and has her arm around a woman (see above for commentary on that).
"Boyfriend Taylor" Because she's playing the guitar? Like how?
"Boyfriend Taylor" WHAT DO YOU MEAN?
No wonder so many young girls refer to themselves as NB these days when this is what they're seeing everywhere. Boy is when you wear anything except a dress, heels, and make up, and sometimes, boy is when you wear dress, heels, and make up but you "act" like a boy.
I'll also add that a lot of these "my boyfriend", "my man", and "boyfriend Taylor" comments were by women or girls clearly attracted to Taylor and it's sad because I don't think they realise the internalised homophobia in calling her, a woman, "my boyfriend" or "my man" when they're attracted to her.

None of us have time to research every image we see. We just need people to notice BEFORE THEY LIKE OR SHARE that an image might be fake. If unsure, check it or don't share.
