Since organs and tattoos don't taste good when cooked (Tattoos don't taste good in general), I like to think that Makoto rips the insides of criminals and feed them to the already dead raw. He probably peeled the skin of the tattooed area and kept the ones that he liked.

What the hell is happening to things around me
So basically, there was a heat wave here and reached to 46 degrees Celsius so we now have to go to school at 3 pm to 6 pm and the confusing class schedule.
And also, my sister got suspended for the rest of the week from her elementary school because apparently another kid was pissing her off and she told the other kid that she's going to kill them and her teacher had to call my mother to go to the principals office.

She became a detective after solving the case of her own family that died in s car crash because of a fight between her parents killing them both and her sister in the car.
Her Forte is Memory painting. She can collect the memories of any person and draw them out as evidence. She's like a computer. When the computer downloads a file, it goes to a folder. Terra can search to the folder of each person individually and investigate their memories to find clues or even find the killer. All she has to do is prove it.
