the way I draw him is to tell both sides of his story: one is to represent its feral instinct after being “raised” surviving by his own (to hunt or being hunted) and trauma. His imposing body helps represent he’s a “tank”. Able to endure and deliver unimaginable power.
The other is to show the “lost kid” he was once. Even though he’s not human, he was part of one. A tiny detail is on his eyes. The form of his vertical pupils are not all that slit, but like vertical ovals and its thickness or thinness of them varies on his mood (FERAL attribute)
He’s calmed, his pupils are more wide and rounded. He’s angry, more thin and pointy to help represent more focus on target. Dan has this “kid” inside of him. He never had a decent childhood! poor boy! but can’t we make him expressive? Make him sentient.
I wanted more of this characer. I wanted more development. He’s interesting as he is. He deserved more.
