*He shouted at her, yanking his hand away and retracting his stinger. This was verging on the point of actually making him physically sick. He took a step back, not sensing her as much of a threat to anything other than his sanity. He was trying his hardest to avoid the maiming of people who hadn't done anything wrong, even if they were idiots.*
Stop the innuendos! Stop the touching! Stop doing everything you're *$&^#&% doing!
*His mind searched for an out-- The only real idea that came to mind being his immediate departure. Kaine took another step back, shoulders hunching ever so slightly. Every threat was falling on deaf ears and only seemed to urge her on. Her comments only managed to leave him speechless. Angry, but incredibly speechless. Kaine wasn't a genius by any stretch of the imagination, but he knew he had to get while the getting was good.*

Honestly, you don’t strike me as the type to have the kind of delicacy required for that particular threat, and believe me, it is necessary—you wanna keep the spine intact, you have to do it gently, otherwise you just end up with an exceptionally messy decapitation on your hands.
[Wanda cocks her head, looking down at the stinger with much interest, but unfortunately, no fear. This is emphasized when she gives it a gentle poke then runs her finger down it’s length to stop just above where it meets his wrist, investigating the curiosity, but clearly not concerned by it. She notices the finger in her face almost as an afterthought, quickly dipping her head forward to press her nose against the tip while making a little “boop!” noise.]
Ehhhh, neither option sounds appealing, really. I’ve still got an awful lot to do, here. What happens if I don’t?
[She only laughs when he prods at her, and doesn’t move an inch.]
Anyone ever told you you’re cute when you’re angry? Also, I’m starting to think you want to touch me a lot more than you’re willing to admit. Is there anything else you’d like to poke me with, or are we just sticking to fingers and…whatever this is?
