Bloody Bug, Porcelet
Tumblr media
Ah! I fucking love this update to Porcelet. Like, the previous was nice for a kid, but with the shift in the story, I want something a little more suited for teens than preteens as most the cast will be turning 15 with Alix and Adrien so far the ones of the team that are already 15. And this design really suits it.
Also, shout out to @nocturnal-notes for pointing out how this design looks more like a Winx, and I agree. Kinda like a touch of Enchantix with some Believix splashed in. Maybe even a touch of the original starting outfits.

One of the things I hate about Thomas Astruc is his thing of warping people's personalities to benefit his agenda.
Chloe is a good example of that:
In previous seasons, Chloé was always a passive bully (as weird as that sounds). She almost never does anything with her own hands. She usually made Sabrina do things for her (such as stealing Marinette's diary and taking pics of her designs). Or she calls Daddy to make things go away ("Daddy, do this! My daddy will do this to you if you don't do what I want!" *cue crocodile tears*).
When she does do things herself, she isn't direct. She always does things in roundabout or petty ways, like locking Juleka in the restroom, or bribing her class with concert tickets to become representative. The only direct thing I can think of is her trash-talking, like when she made Mylene cry by making fun of her cowardice.
And yet, we're just supposed to believe that she's suddenly capable of keeping Sabrina prisoner in a closet, is abusive to her dad (when what she does is either steamrolling or guilting), and puts roaches in Marinette's locker (damn girl can't even make a hat. What makes you think she'll make the effort to put roaches in a locker?)
I hate it. At least keep things consistent! It's possible to make Chloé a monster without sacrificing her personality!
The thing is that this could have worked as part of her "damnation arc" if it was natural development.
If you wanted to actually show Chloe getting worse instead of claiming she was always evil, make it so Chloe has to rely more on doing things by herself, becoming more aggressive and cruel in the process. That way, by the end of Season 5, it makes sense why Ladybug and Cat Noir see her as a huge threat.

Take ML, your favorite comic and your favorite book and smash them together to make a crossover AU featuring Silencer and Sabrina

Imagine if Eddie did postpone Hellfire?
Imagine if all the guys showed up at the basketball game in their matching demon shirts, to cheer for Lucas and ONLY Lucas. Imagine during a quiet tense moment Eddie starts up a chant of “we want Sinclair!” which is quickly taken up not only by the rest of Hellfire, but also Robin and therefore the rest of the band, and Steve over on his side of the bleachers (next to his very embarrassed date).
Imagine how mad that would’ve made Jason? *evil laugh*

Neil Gaiman is about to get soooo many asks in his box re: WHY WHYYYY NEIL WHY DID YOU DOOOO THAT TO THE BOYSSS
and he will tell people over and over again he did not create this show, show run this show, write this show. And like look he WOULD but in this case he DIDNT
He didn’t create Crystal, Cat King, Jenny, Niko, Esther …. He didn’t originate Queer Edwin in comics.

Anyone else think about how in the first episode Edwin reassures Charles that he will personally prevent the two of them being separated in the afterlife should Death find them again but in the end it's Charles who is the one who ends their supposed-to-be-eternal separation because Edwin promised they'd always be together and Charles is going to hold him to it come Hell or high water

DBDA spoiler
For me it’s the fact that when Edwin confesses his feelings to Charles he’s standing on the lower step of the stairs, giving Charles the “high ground”. Symbolically this feels like giving the other person advantage, make yourself vulnerable. Literally Edwin is putting himself at the total mercy of Charles. After seeing how much “controlling” and close the character is, can you see how much important it is?
Again, I may be reading too much into it.

If I was a ghost and my best ghost friend who I've been in love with for 30 years rescued me from hell and held me by the shoulders and said he wasn't in love with me at this very second but that we had forever to figure out our feelings for each other I think I'd simply pass away again
