ADOPTION FUN FACT
If you’re adopted internationally into the United States, BY adoption LAWS you’re legally a citizen, but you still have to apply for documentation and if it’s not done by the age of 18 you have to pay over $500 and get a judge to reopen your adoption case.
Even More Fun Fact: No one actually tells adoptive families, this so many find out after they’re 18 when their kid needs to get a passport, wants to apply for financial aid, get certain jobs, vote or some other shit that requires proof of citizenship and now it’s too late because they’re 18 or over.
AND EVEN MORE FUN FACT! You can sometimes even be deported because you can be considered foreign-born, non-citizens!
Oh and they won’t accept adoption papers or a birth certificate as proof.
Adoption is FUN.

These are good things to say, but delivery is important when the police are trying to get a reaction out of you. Stay calm, speak at a normal tone of voice, and keep your hands in plain sight. Don’t give them any sort of excuse.
If they do arrest you, remember “I want to speak to my/a lawyer.” That’s all you say. Don’t engage in anything they’re trying to provoke you into saying. You are legally entitled not to talk to them beyond basic cooperation of providing your name and following their instructions to take you through the booking process. If they start questioning you, “I want to speak to my/a lawyer.” That’s all you say, repeatedly if needed. No matter what television and movies have implied, there is no presumption of guilt because you invoked your right to counsel.
If you’re going to a protest or event where you’re concerned you’ll be arrested, make sure to memorize the number of a lawyer or person who can call one for you. If you’re worried about memorizing one, write it on the inside of your arm in permanent marker. Don’t rely on your phone because it’s going to be taken away from you if you’re arrested.
Be smart. Be safe. Exercise good judgment, and don’t count on the police to do the same.

Guys, Please Watch Warrior Nun On Netflix
This show is honestly the kind you can't help but binge in one sitting which i rarely ever do...
Pls pls pls watch warrior nun. It's so incredibly written and has the most talented cast members along with the best wlw relationship I've ever seen on screen.
We don't know if Netflix are going to renew it for a S3 or not but it would really help if you could get as many people watching it as possible so that it doesn't get cancelled.
Also just to add, season 2 has Netflix’s highest audience scores ever which is pretty incredible considering Netflix didn't spend a penny on promotion!
The warrior nun fandom have been trying so hard to create visibility for the show by sharing it online but there's only so much we can do. We would really appreciate it if you could share it with your friends and family :)
