BPD modifiers
Here are some cool terms I thought other people with BPD might like to use. Inspired by @draconarc‘s npd modifiers.
Pyric borderline🔥 - characterized by feelings of intense anger, difficulty controlling emotions and passionate love for others. Links to fire. Could also apply to people with pyromania, or those who love fire.
Oceanic borderline 🌊 - characterized by feelings being as overwhelming and all encompassing as a raging ocean. Could also be used if water is a comfort, or something that soothes you.
Pixie borderline ✨ - Could be co-morbid with autism. The person feels as though they are a mythical creature or from another world, and feel misunderstood. They may be impulsive and mischievous, and may feel like a ‘changeling’.
Alien borderline 👽 - May feel as though they are from another world. Could link to paranoia, delusions that come with psychotic episodes, and feeling ostracized by society.
Deistic borderline 🙏 - May have delusions of grandeur associated with a god complex. These people may feel as though they are above others and superior, and possibly beyond human due to their disorder.
Liminal borderline 👻 - May feel as though they exist between two worlds, and may hallucinate ghosts or other spiritual beings. They may believe they are spiritually dead or died during trauma. Associated with the feelings of emptiness that come from BPD.
Star borderline ⭐ - May be co-morbid with HPD. These people thrive off of attention, specifically from an fp or from all people, and without it result to destructive behaviours and depressive episodes. These people may be overly flirtatious and charismatic.
Imma keep adding to this as I think of new ones.

Common OCD themes explained in brief (and unprofessional) terms since I don’t see people talk about this much:
Harm OCD: extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea that one will harm self/others
Just Right OCD: extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea that things must be “exactly right”
Contamination OCD: extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea of illness, contamination, germs, or filth
Scrupulousity OCD: extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea that one is not properly conforming to an ideal, broken down into two subtypes, religious and moral
Religious OCD: extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea of sin, God, divine punishment, and failure to conform to a religious ideal
Moral OCD: extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea of morality, goodness, or failure to conform to a moral ideal.
POCD: perhaps the most misunderstood form of OCD, POCD is the presence of extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea that one is a pedophile or will become a pedophile. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to note that people with POCD are NOT actually pedophiles— the nature of their disorder is that they are terrified they will become, or secretly are, pedophiles— but it’s entirely irrational.
HOCD/Sexuality OCD: often misleadingly called HOCD, Sexuality OCD is similar to POCD in that the person is plagued by fear about what their sexuality is (a straight person might fear being gay, a gay person might fear being straight) and if it might change, and has irrational compulsions around it.
Relationship OCD: extremely disturbing and irrational intrusive thoughts, fears, and compulsions related to the idea that the relationship one is in is somehow toxic, a waste, or wrong. (Not applicable to people in actual toxic relationships or trauma due to past abusive relationships, it’s characterized by the irrational fear as the OCD symptoms latch onto the connection to other people.)
VITAL NOTE: ALL forms of OCD get progressively more dehabilitating the longer they go untreated, and talk therapy is NOT an effective treatment for OCD. Exposure therapy conducted by professionals is recommended. OCD is NOT a quirk or perfectionism. In addition, OCD has a tendency to “corrupt” other areas of life: forcing routine into rituals, normal behaviors into compulsions, and everyday fears into progressively more dehabilitating irrational ones.

introducing ocd archetypes! these are based off of the npd modifiers, the originals of which can be found here.
draconic: an ocd archetype for a person with ocd who relates to dragonhood for any reason, whether that be in hoarding, attention to detail, or any other aspect. it can also be a pwocd who simply relates to dragons or their aesthetics, or is a dragon alterhuman.
angelic: an ocd archetype for a person with ocd who relates to divinity or angels for any reason, whether that be in purity, justness, longing to be pure or just, or any other aspect. it can also relate to feeling as if you have to protect your loved ones. it can also be a pwocd who simply relates to divinity or its aesthetics, or is a divine/angelic alterhuman.
vampiric: an ocd archetype for a person with ocd who relates to vampires for any reason, whether that be in rigidity in schedule, having strict boundaries and rules to follow, needing control or to be in control, or any other aspect. it may be related to the myth that vampires must stop to count every grain of rice if it is dropped in front of them in relation to counting or number related ocd. it can also be a vampire alterhuman or any person with ocd who relates to vampires or their aesthetics.
wolfish: an ocd archetype for a person with ocd who relates to wolves or werewolves for any reason, such as feeling controlled by external forces or feeling a beast within, or the feeling that one is or will be transformed by their ocd. it can also be for anyone who feels wild and nonconforming to societal standards. it can also be a wolf alterhuman or any person with ocd who relates to wolves/werewolves or their aesthetics.
enchanted: an ocd archetype for a person with ocd who relates to magic, fairies, or being enchanted for any reason. this could relate to superstition, magical practice, feeling like a changeling, or any other aspect. it can also relate to feeling like your compulsions are magical in nature. it can also be a pwocd who simply relates to magic, fairies, pixies or their aesthetics, or is a magical alterhuman.
devilish: an ocd archetype for a person with ocd who relates to demons, devils or villains for any reason. this could relate to intrusive thoughts that you or others around you are evil, feeling like you are being or have been corrupted, or any other aspect. it can also relate to reclaiming negative stereotypes about mental health, or it can be tied to religious ocd. it can also be a pwocd who simply relates to demonic aesthetics or is a demonic, villain or devil alterhuman.

DID Gothic pre diagnosis
1.) You have chores to. You get up, and walk towards the kitchen. But then it gets foggy. You feel stuck, you dissapear. You want to fight it, but how can you battle such drowsiness? Your gone. When you finally come to, the dishes are done and dried. You look down and see that youve changed. You go back to your bedroom and find your other wet shirt. You never touched the dishes.
2.) Sometimes you never feel like yourself. Your skills come and go. One day you drew the most beautiful art piece, others you can speak another language. Your friends complement you on your skills. They claim your so talented. They ask you to draw them a picture. You try, but a circle is as far as you get. These skills never stick around for long. Where do they go?
3.) You like saying "we". I seems to pretentious. Like its dosnt encapsulate all of yourself. Others call you out for it. "We?" They say. You nod. "Whose we?" You shrug. They laugh at the silliness. You laugh too. You dont know. Know body knows.
4.) Sometimes you cry. Panic takes over and fear consumes you. You sob on the floor. You feel 12 again. You clutch your cheat as your body burns. You feel people touching you. Hands are everywhere yet no one is in your room. Your body burns. You wish it to stop.
5.) Dont you ever wish you were someone else?" A friend asks. You think about this. "Yes." You say.
Being someone else would be nice, but you don't even know who you are. There are many different "people" in you. But your yourself, just multifaceted. Everyone else surely want to be themselves? Another person from in your mind. They appear next to you in your head. A safe place alace in your mind.
"I'm who you want to be," she says. "I'm who you escape from."

meeting someone new and trying to figure out which personality you’re going to wear around them- and finding clothes to match that persona- is honestly something i do constantly and i hate that i find it fun?? like, who do i have to be today for them to like me? its like a game at this point
things i’ve experienced as a histrionic that i haven’t really seen anybody else talk about
imagining something really bad happening to you, like getting into a car crash, because you would get sympathy for it
when your friends accomplish something or are better at something than you and instead of being happy for or proud of them, the literal only thing you can feel is jealousy and resentment
generally feeling like you’re unable to be in a relationship with someone who’s more attractive than you, more popular than you, etc because no matter how much you love them, you will inevitably develop a resentment towards them no matter what
when someone has a crush on you and you don’t return their feelings but you still feel jealous and almost like you’ve been cheated on when they start dating or liking somebody else
meeting someone you have a common trait or interest with and feeling instantly threatened by them rather than feeling a bond with them
straight-up leaving social events or gatherings because you feel like you’re not getting the attention you deserve
meeting someone new and trying to figure out which personality you’re going to wear around them (or if they require you to craft an entirely new personality in addition to the 48397485+ you already have)
the desperate need to clear any misconceptions people have about you
the hurt and offense you feel when people do have misconceptions about you no matter how small and insignificant they are (what do you mean you thought my favorite color was pink? it’s red. i’ve made it so clear that my favorite color is red oh my god how could you do this to me i thought we were friends)

i wanna give a quick s/o to people with memory issues who are treated as untrustworthy or liars because we mix up details or struggle to recall them, especially while under pressure.
