Lesson 1 of Spring Swimming 2023: Beautiful weather signals the end of ski season. With the help of friends, I made big strides in getting on and off the ski lift and even braving an easy family friendly blue trail! And now, it’s time to switch to spring activities. The first swim lesson of the season was delayed by a week due to technical issues at the pool with water temperature, but it was worth the wait. We started with a review of the basics going 1/2 the length of the pool many times. Then we went right back to work into 10-25s and 2-50s. I made mistakes and adjustments, but I never quit. I will get stronger and better every day. God is great.
