HC Idea #18
Aizawa has a large stockpile of thigh-high socks. A lot of them are different shades of pink. Two pairs are Put Your Hands Up merchandise that he only ever wears under clothing and he NEVER lets Mic know.
He likes thigh-highs because they are warm. There’s really no special reason to it, he just likes the extra layer of warmth. Unfortunately he’s aware that people practically fetishize thigh-highs so he makes an effort not to let people know about his collection.
His favorite is the red and white striped Christmas thigh highs because they’re super fluffy and soft and SO warm. His most comfortable pair by far.

Kirishima is actually ginger but was going through a phase in middle school. (It wasn't a phase. Look at him. )
His phase was called depression and he battles it everyday. Tokoyami hides the black nail polish.

I'm gonna be 100% honest with you, izuku slamming bkg into the floor in their first fight was super cathartic. Izuku probably repeats that moment in his head often. If the class got access to the recordings you know that clip was edited to hollaback girl.
Mina and Uraraka would be the ones to make the hollaback girl edit, I can’t imagine anyone else doing it and getting away with it.

GO FOR IT BESTIE!!!!
Fic Idea #15 Dadmic AND Dadmight!
Listen I LOVE Dadmic and Izuku, and it’s a little depressing how overshadowed it is by Dadzawa, so obviously I gotta propose my own content.
So, how about this? Directly after the slime villain incident, before All Might comes to apologize for his previous words, Izuku calls into the Put Your Hands Up radio line, which had coincidentally just started. He’s depressed, he’s tired, and he really just wants to talk to somebody who isn’t going to call him unrealistic, or reckless, or stupid, or a Deku.
So, he calls in. Mic answers, and realizes this kid sounds like he’s pretty upset. When prodded enough, Izuku spills his guts. His favorite hero told him that day that he couldn’t be a hero. His childhood friend told him to jump off a roof. He saved his ex-friend that day, because none of the heroes at the scene were doing anything, and as soon as they heard the word “quirkless” they decided to call him reckless and waste time chewing him out instead of letting him get treated by the medical professionals.
Izuku has to stop walking home and crouch down in an alleyway to cry himself out. Mic soothes him, and tells him that he thinks he’s pretty brave. At this point, Mic has put together that this kid is the one who saved the Explodo-boy from the slime villain earlier, which had just been showing in the news. He remembers that this kid threw a backpack to target the villain’s eyes, which were quite notably the only part of his body that was solid.
(Mic had been internally criticizing the heroes for not aiming for that before the kid jumped into the fray, so yes, he thought that news report was significantly notable.)
Mic tells him he thinks he could be a hero. Says that brute strength isn’t the key to heroics. If it were, Nedzu wouldn’t be a hero. Most underground heroes wouldn’t be heroes. Hell, Hawks wouldn’t even be a hero. His entire schtick is speed, not brute strength. The thing that makes Hawks truly powerful is how he utilizes his capabilities.
Any quirkless person could do the same.
Izuku feels breathless.
Later, when All Might offers Izuku his quirk, he says no. He still spends a good portion of the next ten months cleaning up the beach, though, because All Might still wants to see this brave-ass kid become a hero, with or without One For All.
After the entrance exam, Izuku has to walk up to Present Mic and tearfully tell him how he’s one of the major reasons Izuku had so much confidence during the exam. That Izuku truly believes that scared, quirkless him could take this exam and succeed.
Mic, who just saw Izuku tear the head off a fucking robot and go out of his way to help out literally every single test-taker in the vicinity, is pretty damn smug about this.
Izuku ends up being the top scorer.
Mic bragged about it for weeks.

Fic Idea #16 OFFICE CAT!!!
Mic, because he is a little shit, brings a cat to work and dubs it the office cat. Naturally, Aizawa and Midnight are all over this. Vlad and Hound Dog aren’t too thrilled.
Nedzu is even less thrilled, but doesn’t say shit because he doesn’t want to admit that.
Mic 100% knew this would terrorize Nedzu, Vlad, and Hound Dog, which is why he went out looking for a stray cat on the streets to begin with. He was in the mood for chaos and he made it happen.
The cat takes a liking to Toshinori for some reason and Aizawa’s mood increasingly becomes worse and worse as the cat chooses to sit on All Might’s lap and nowhere else.
The cat’s name is Mikey.

You really truly have no idea how ecstatic it makes me whenever you reply to any of my fic/hc ideas your mind is BRILLIANT and you’re so right
Fic Idea #13 Tessenjutsu
Okay so has anyone ever considered the idea of characters but with different support items? I’m thinking about Aizawa in particular so I’m just going to go off on that concept. Aizawa with war fans is a concept I particularly like. And while they were primarily used as weapons when they’re shut, like clubs, I feel like with modern advancements the actual fan part could be used as a weapon as well.
I’m thinking along the lines of Yumi’s tessen from Code Lyoko, where she uses them more like long-ranged throwing weapons. No entirely realistic in the real world, but support items in BNHA is extremely advanced, so I can’t see why it wouldn’t be possible.
(I also kinda want to see Aizawa just beating peoples’ face in with the club part, too, I’m not gonna lie.)

HC Idea #17
Aizawa has to go to a specialized optometrist for people with eye-related quirks, and since he uses his quirk so often as an underground pro hero, he has to go way more often than the regular citizen. He’s very used to the process, and it tends to go very quickly. At this point, it’s pretty relaxing because of how simple the entire thing is.

Fic Idea #14 When u make eye contact w/ ur teacher in a public space,,, oop
Izuku knows that Underground heroes aren’t supposed to be known, or have any merch, so he had some internal struggles. He made a lot of hand-made Underground Hero merch for himself, but he never advertised or sold any of it, and he NEVER let anyone see it. He keeps it on hidden away in his closet.
Well, the blatant merch at least. Some of the other, subtler ones, he wears in casual outfits when he can.
He once went out in his subtle Eraserhead Scarf to go shopping at the mall. Unluckily for him, Aizawa happens to have a normal life outside of hero work and was also at the mall.
They made eye contact. Izuku nearly fainted in embarrassment. Aizawa turned his head away in a futile attempt to hide his laughter.

Why Midoriya is Mic’s Favorite
Midoriya: *kicks open the door to the teacher’s lounge* MR. PRESENT MIC YOU WOULDN’T BELIEVE WHAT MR. AIZAWA DID!
Mic: *Immediately swivels in his chair and gives Midoriya his complete attention* You had me at “Aizawa,” tell me EVERYTHING!

HC Idea #16
The only reason Mic has a pretty “Western” look to him is because of his blonde hair and loud personality. Before attending UA he didn’t actually know shit about the West outside misinformed TV shows or other shitty media. He was just a normal Japanese kid with a quirky personality.

HC Idea #15
Aizawa can actually cook pretty damn well. He just hates putting the effort into doing so, so he doesn’t really try. However, if given the proper motivation, he would make the full, ideal Japanese meal. That motivation comes in the form of spite, usually. Mic once insinuated that the reason he eats nothing but jelly packets is because he can’t be bothered to take a cooking class.
Aizawa sat his ass down that night and showed him what a five-star meal really tasted like.
Mic started coming over for dinner more frequently after that, and Aizawa regretted his life choices.

Please I just really like the idea that Midoriya is Present Mic’s favorite because the kid unintentionally fuels Mic’s stalkerish tendencies towards Aizawa. It’s so FUNNY.
