I don’t like being #religious on main v often bc it puts people off but these past few months I’ve been disconnected from pretty much everything, including my faith. It sucks and I want it to get better. I want to be a better pagan because its one of those few things that gave my life any meaning. I haven’t even had the strength to pray and its hard. I wish it wasn’t so hard.

I think detaching disgust from morality is one of the keys to Chilling Out. You can find inner peace by being able to go "hm! Gross" and recognize if it's an actual problem or not. Cause if it's not an actual problem... it's not your problem 🙏 god bless
