3 month post-op visit: can now start experimenting with food texture more and seeing what I can tolerate, had a net weight loss of 9lbs of fat tissue and 5.5lbs of water since December 2020, everything else is looking good and am where I need to be at this point. Still a ways to go, but dropping 10 BMI points since I first started the weightloss/surgery journey, and seeings labs sitting more in the normal ranges for a change is awesome.
