Farma de Medicis

Pharma is the reincarnation of a pharmacist from Japan who worked so hard to discover ways to save lives that he worked himself to death. In the new world, he is just as determined to save as many people as he possibly can, no matter the consequences, but is also learning to keep himself healthy to spend time with his loved ones.

Hi, followers, I'm hear to tell you about Farma de Medicis, why you should vote for him here, and why you should watch his show. Farma was a 30-something Japanese pharmacist in our world before dying of overwork because he couldn't stop doing medical research in hopes of saving more lives. He cared so much about this, his life in Japan was a shell. When he reincarnates, while he retains that goal, he commits to overcoming that and making time to enjoy with the people he cares about. Everyone who works for him or works near him gets medicine for their ailments large and small. Dry hands and arthritis and pink eye are all equal. He makes sure to sneak in to visit his very young sister when she's isolated with chicken pox. He hires women who lost their careers after having children. When he receives a boon for saving the life of the queen of his new country, he asks not for lands, but to be able to open a pharmacy where he can provide medical care to people for free. When people are doing dangerous things for cosmetic reasons, he's not dismissive of them for being shallow, but instead finds ways to reach their cosmetic goals safely. When he's nearly assassinated for heresy, he performs risky battlefield surgery on one of his would-be murderers despite not being a surgeon, because he knows otherwise this man would die and he won't let that happen. Everything he does is in the name of public health, and he's got the biggest heart to treat people for free, and just shyly ensure he's charming and helpful to people so they're not scared to come to him for the help they need.

Hank Venture

He's a really outgoing and likeable guy. He's really good at making friends, even supervillains, their henchmen, and assassins sent after his family get along with him. He's really imaginative, he likes assuming alter egos like "The Bat" or "Detective Hank" or "Enrico Matassa". He was basically raised by a bunch of homeschooling video tapes filmed by his grandfather in the '50s, so he's always saying things like "golly!" and for half the show he wore an ascot like Fred from Scooby Doo

Elan is a Chaotic Good bard who is very much a Himbo: cheerful, reasonably useful in a fight, kind, and stupid. He always believes in his teammates (even when he really shouldn't), his role as the part bard leaves him always an encouraging voice, and he even fills in for their leader Roy's failures and reframes his actions as inspiring and positive for the entire team.

I'm also just very impressed at how Elan has grown into filling in for Roy's flaws and spinning his stories to make everything seem good and hold the entire team together. He really is the heart of the team, and everyone likes him. And when he was separated from his girl with no way to contact each other, their relationship remained strong! They remained entirely faithful and devoted and got right back together once they saw each other again.

He can be awkward and sarcastic at times, but always because he's trying to help other people at expensive of his own feelings and tries to push people away. He gets incredibly invested in people extremely easily, and massively overpays his only employee and even takes him out of the country when the employee (Seigi) can't stand living at home because of his PTSD. He is a sweet, caring man who canonically is extremely overly affectionate and doesn't know how to dial it back.

Emil Västerström

There's another character called Lalli who is quiet and neurodivergent and can come across as rude, and even while Emil is unnerved by him at first, he is SO kind to Lalli from the start! He tries to comfort him on the train! He gets him food! He gives him his jacket (page 383)! He keeps talking to him and spending time with him despite the language barrier, AND then he learns Finnish for Lalli even though Emil has never been one to study languages before! And Emil doesn't abandon Lalli when he's basically stuck unconscious, instead carefully dragging his body with him through a dangerous environment and keeping it safe the best he can even though it slows him down and lessens his chance of ever reuniting with the rest of the party and getting to go back home. Emil is also really good with kids, as seen when the party stops in Mora before their adventure. He also feels really bad for the zombie animals he has to kill... (Chapter 7) and! he finds and saves a stray kitten :3

He got admitted into a school for villains solely because his parents' reputation earned him a scholarship of sorts. In reality he's the sweetest character any of the main characters have ever met. He's worried less about being a villain and more about getting his homework done on time, helping his friends with their homework, helping everyone else with theirs since he can't say no to people, and just generally trying to keep the peace. He's sweet and kind and has a problem with setting personal boundaries cause he's a people-pleaser but he does just generally want to see people happy. He wants to feel like he's contributing positively to the lives of everyone around him and he will stop at nothing to see you smile. Also he makes some killer cookies, everyone loves them

The term ‘anime’ is used loosely for simplicity’s sake. Manga, visual novels, manhua, manhwa, donghua, etc. are also allowed. If you have a question about a specific character, just ask. Or go ahead and submit them anyway, and if I don’t feel they fit, I just won’t include them.

Y'all know what milf means. I don't think I need to explain that one. Do feel free to tell me about your milf's sexiest qualities though.

Not limited to biological mothers—as long as the character fills a maternal role, it's fine.

This is NOT the place to submit outright abusive mothers (towards children, at least). The mom must genuinely care about their kid(s)/charge(s) and be someone who is not intentionally malicious. I would say it is alright to submit a 'bad mom with good intentions' who is trying their best, but still messing up, or a character that is a very good mother, but who's moral ambiguity arises from reasons Beyond their parenting. Example being the 'villain who's an excellent parent' trope. Just explain your reasoning to me, and I'll use my own discretion if I feel the character crosses a line.

I have not yet decided the bracket size, and will do so once I see the final submission count.

Some level of horniness in the propaganda is expected, but I will urge you guys try and keep things at a PG-13 level. Here's everyone's advisory notice now: Don't follow this particular competition if this type of content makes you uncomfortable.
