“I suppose it does...” The Witcher said calmly. But then, his eyebrows raised and he suddenly seemed genuinely surprised- she had heard of him, but not of Dandelion? It was hard to believe, yet her jesting made it seem like it.

There was a soft chuckle from the old monster hunter- “He certainly looks like a flower with his ridiculous hat and that colorful doublet of his.”

Another chuckle followed before Geralt returned to his stoic demeanor. “No, Dandelion is just a troubadour, a famous one while at that... I’m surprised you’ve heard of me and not of him, usually, people learn about my achievements from his ballads.” He paused- “So... assuming you haven’t heard any of Dandelion’s songs, I’m curious as to what you’ve heard.”

“ Embellished or not, they make you out to be a rather intriguing man. ” The sorceress’ speech was laced with a heavy Grecian accent. A delicate hand lifting the chalice full of fermented fruit towards plump lips. Frosted orbs stirring in the direction of the white haired warrior, the chalice coming to halt before the rim could come in contact with the lips stained by the wine.

“ Is Dandelion a woman or do you converse with flowers? ”

Geralt remained silent for a mere instant and momentarily glanced over the person that addressed to him. “There’s a lot that’s said about me, though not everything is true and people like to... what’s the word Dandelion used...”

she joked around for a second, sitting back for a second, she closed her eyes for a second. Feeling his rough hands on her shoulders she couldn’t help but let out a nice gentle sigh from her lips. Yennefer won’t lie – but she always enjoyed back rubs — or massages when it came to Geralt giving them. Humming to herself, she closed her eyes gently.

“ … Mmm you’re always so good at this.”

“And they don’t really like you either.” The Witcher said with the hint of a smile tugging his lips. “It's not new that people talk slander over your name.”

He worked his dexterous and calloused hands between her neck and shoulders, attempting to find the knots and relieve the tension built in her muscles.

“Seems I haven’t lost my touch.” He jested.

“Age doesn’t have anything to do with it.” He knew that the other witcher was jesting, but he thought he could explain while he was at it. “Even in my younger age, I sometimes had a claw or two laid on me. All the knowledge and skill in the world can’t always save you from unpredictability.”

The older witcher lifted his head and cleaned his sword with the palm of his leather gauntlet. “My leg’s fine. Just need to patch up my side.”

“It’d seem age is finally catching up with the White Wolf.” He teased as he sheathed his sword after wiping it clean against the monster’s fur. “Is your leg acting up again?” The witcher asked with a raised eyebrow, now looking mildly worried rather than mildly amused.

“I can always go find someone else who is WILLING to listen to me~” a small SMIRK jump across her face for the moment, and she looked away from the man. “ — but whatever. I guess being touched is annoying too – just there is this KINK in my shoulder—”

Geralt pursed his lips. “I didn’t exactly say no.” A pause. “And doubt you would like to be touched by strangers.”

With yet another sigh, the Witcher stood and made his way towards the woman. His hands hovered over her skin for a brief moment before he put them down and touched. Without a word, he vigorously began to massage her shoulders.

I stopped on my reading of blood of elves for the time of being and started to read the last wish- very interesting read and had a lot of laughs so far. I count on reading sword of destiny after and then I’ll resume blood of elves.
