I did my first workout! Decided that it was a nice enough night! My work out tonight had me jog/walk around 4 blocks... Doesn't sound like a lot but since its my first day I didn't wanna go to far but I definitely felt the burn >.< then I got home did some breathing exercises and a lil yoga to wind down then I did 20 crunches 40 jumping jacks about a min of bicycle kicks, 30 sec wall sit and 10 girl push-ups.. Even though it wasn't a lot I def felt the pain but I feel proud that I'm actually going to attempt to be my old self again

Crossing my Fingers
Hey guys this is my first post! woot woot!!!! Tomorrow i plan to go out with my friend and run. i know it is just going to be miserable the first run is alway hard but its nice having a partner!!! Starting today i will be healthier and stick with my plan because i def tend to stray from my "Im gonna be work out no matter what" plan. Im nervous but excited about it. im looking on pinterest ;) for foods and workout ideas. One of my favorite blogs and pintrest people is Undressed Skeleton. I really look up to what she has done and i really like the things she post so you should really go check her out! Okay well wish me luck tomorrow on running...lets hope my clumsiness doesnt get the best of me
