Hello~ It’s BK Plastic Surgery Hospital, the center of Korean Plastic Surgery. Today, we introduce our BK Model Daniel who came to Korea to get rhinoplasty!

Daniel who is a Youtuber from America is an aspiring artist who has a great singing voice and holds loads of subscribers with many views on his videos of his song covers. He has sung some popular K-pops like songs by BTS, Twice and IU, not to mention well-known soundtrack songs from musical movies. Let’s meet Daniel and see how he decided to get the surgery to get closer to his dream!

Daniel told us the scary incident when he had fainted in his house one day and had dropped down face flat on his nose. Luckily when he regained consciousness, he felt okay and nothing was broken, but ever since that day, he felt his nose clog up when he sang and the nose bridge seemed to develop a bump, curving his nose line, which is a common phenomenon after a collision on the nose.

If it was just the aesthetic concern, it was one thing; but the functional issue was another. He couldn’t concentrate on his singing with discomfort of his nose clogging up and not coming up with a clear voice. After some careful research and considerations, he decided to get surgery for his nose to solve the problem.

He gathered information from the patients’ reviews on forums and compared the results after surgery. After much research and contacting with the consultants, he had opted BK was the best to get the care that he needed.

Daniel confessed he was a bit nervous because this was his first surgery ever, but since Dr. Koh Eun Seok is an ENT specialist and has had more than plenty of experience on nose surgery, both for aesthetic and functional purpose, he felt at ease after hearing his detailed diagnosis during the consultation and felt he could really, truly trust the doctor and assure that he was in good hand.

Daniel also graciously partook in the documentary shooting that went for three days in BK Hospital. Despite this being his first surgery, he was a pro at giving out his opinions and answering interview questions that were given to him during the day of the consultation, surgery and his after-surgery treatment. The documentary will cover what beauty is, how it is involved in different industry and fields, and how plastic surgery developments have evolved into helping people’s confidence not just aesthetically but also medically and functionally. We are expecting to see Daniel’s interview and journey in that documentary as well as his surgery progress updates!!

Daniel had certainly done a lot of surgery for just his nose since primary focus was to improve the breathing and the functioning concern but not missing the aesthetic improvements he wanted as well, so his recovery was expected to take more time than most people who had considerably simple rhinoplasty. But after the first few days, much of his swelling and bruises on his face had gone down and he showed great enthusiasm to get the cast off his nose and see the result.

We introduce our BK Model Jasmine who came in Korea with the fresh spring vibe!

Jasmine who is working in the beauty industry came to BK with a wide smile that warmed up all out hearts!

Jasmine who had a good figure with tall height and delicate small face, came to BK to get the liposuction on her thighs, since the all the dieting and exercising did no good to slim down her legs. She had gotten a good word on BK from her friend who had done surgery in BK, so she looked up the information herself online and decided to get the consultation!

Since she had a tall figure and was on the slim side, her thighs were not too thick but Jasmine told us that there were visible cellulites on her thighs and the overall shapes of her legs were not that pleasing to the eyes even after the dieting.

Christabel had dainty face and pretty eyes but she felt she could use some volume on her face since she felt she was losing some with aging, so she wanted to get the consultation on facial fat graft. BK Model, Elain’s Real Story!

Hello~

It’s BK Plastic Surgery Hospital, the center of Korean Plastic Surgery.

We start out with Elain Lu as our first BK Model of 2019.

Elain Lu came all the way to Korea from New Zealand for sight-seeing and also to get plastic surgery in BK Plastic Surgery Hospital.

Although Elain already could have passed as the next Olivia Hussey with delicate facial features with a stunning smile, her personal wish was to get her nose to be sharper around the edges and the nose bridge to be higher. She had also been planning to get the fat graft so she had done her research through Google for post-surgery reviews and had found before & after photos and videos of the patients who had undergone surgeries in BK Plastic Surgery Hospital.

Elain had an explicit idea of how she wanted to look after the surgery since she had some pictures of other person to show the doctor and the consultant during the consultations on how she wanted her nose to be shaped.

From years of experience, Dr. Koh Eun Seok knows what’s best for each individual’s facial figure and could tell that it would require implant with less height than what Elain wanted since her nose was already somewhat height and with implant higher than 4mm could result in unnatural and too overdone nose. Ideal look lies within balance and excessiveness only breaks the golden ratio of aesthetic beauty. Considering Elain’s delicate facial features, fat grafting on her forehead, front cheek, and smile lines was decided to make her look younger and cuter.

Since this was her first time getting the surgery of any kind, Elain was very nervous before going into the surgery room but she trusted Dr. Koh’s recommendation and his skills based on his years of experience and entered the OR with a hopeful smile.

The treatments required taping removals on the fat grafted area and cast and stitch removals on the nose. Swellings and redness on the eyes are normal to stay for a week or more but gradually returns to the normal state in the recovery period and the required time varies from people to people so the staff in BK assured Elain that it will all pass.

And after a week from the day of surgery, much of her swellings had subsided.

Now, Elain just have to wait for what remains of the swelling to completely go away.

Guess who’s back! Foyce, the Singapore celebrity and BK Model who visited BK Hospital in August have come back to say hello and look into more ways to upgrade her aesthetic beauty!

Just as a reminder, we will briefly go through introduction of Foyce.

Foyce is a celebrity in Singapore with multiple TV commercials and also a career as a singer!

With many talents and an attractive voice, Foyce is aspiring TV figure and an upgrade to maximize her beauty is a must to her career span.

Foyce have visited BK Hospital in August to get consultation and surgery for her nose and anti-aging treatment. She received rhinoplasty to narrow her nose wing and heighten the nose bridge. She also had filler and botox injection to get rid of the creases that easily appeared when she frowned on her forehead. (See below for the ‘Before & After’ contrast! )

This time, she came back to get her eyelid surgery and breast augmentation.

We took the opportunity to meet her at the airport this time to greet her and also get an interview just after her arrival in Korea!

During the first consultation, Foyce explained that because of the 10kg weight loss in the recent 4 months due to her dieting, she looked better than ever except for her breast.

Every woman would know the dilemma of dieting, which is losing volume on the breast as you begin to lose fat from all other parts of the body. Looking slim is every womens’ desire, but without the hour-glass silhouette, it doesn’t appeal as an attraction.

She wanted her bra size to go up at least 2 cup sizes, which was originally her bra size.

Do you think her wish for her bosom to go back to the voluptuous state before she lost the weight would be able to come true? Let’s find out.

During the consultation, Dr. Kim Byung Gun explained that there are two methods for breast augmentation which was surgery with breast implant insertion and fat injection. He also ran through the three different areas for incisions. Foyce would be getting breast surgery with teardrop, cohesive gel implants which features long-lasting durability and texture and grip that is very much similar to real human’s breast.

Breast Augmentation is a surgery to enhance women’s bosom that looks weak and underdeveloped to look more womanly and voluptuous.

There are two ways to perform breast augmentation surgery. One is to insert the implants directly between the muscles and the other is to use autologous fat for fat grafting on breast.

The breast augmentation using the implants can have permanent effect whereas the breast augmentation with fat grafting only lasts until the fat is absorbed and needs more than once to prolong the effect.

Incisions are required for breast augmentation with implants insertion and there are three kinds according to the physical area where incisions are made: transaxillary incision where the incision is made along the wrinkles on the armpit, periareolar incision where the incision is made around the nipple area, and inframammary incision where the incision is made under the breast where the natural fold is created between the breast and abdomen.

After running through the methods for breast augmentation and the features for each method, Dr. Kim Byung Gun explained Foyce will be getting the surgery with the teardrop implants which will add more volume with similar shape and texture to the human breasts.

Foyce got the treatment 4 days after the surgery, so she still had bandage around her chest area to hold her bosom together. She also had Hemovac drain connected to her surgical area through her armpit to get remove the fluids that build up in the area of your body after surgery.

But after a week, on the second post-op treatment, her bandage and Hemovac was all removed and all she had to do was put on her correction bra. Foyce’s wish to gain more volume on her breast came true and she is fully satisfied.

Guess we will be seeing Foyce wearing sexy bikinis and cute, skimpy tops in the near future! Looking forward to Foyce’s bright smile and confident pose full of swag! ^^

We came back to share on BK Model Yani ‘s recent updates!

She had received Receding Chin Correction, Tranconjunctival Lower Blepharoplasty and fat graft on her face.

Receding Chin Correction (otherwise known as the genioplasty with advancement) is a surgery for patient whose neck and chin is not well defined due to the short chin. This surgery improves how the silhouette of the profile looks and also helps the mouth to look less protruded.

Tranconjunctival Lower Blepharoplasty is a scarless procedure to remove eyebags and relocate remaining fat smoothly on lower eyelid with incision through mucous membrane underneath the lower eyelid without the need for stitch removal after the surgery. This surgery shows great result in improving tired looking face by correcting dark circles and concave surface under the eyes.

- Before Surgery -

This is the photos that show her full frontal face and left & right profile before the surgery.

During the consultation, she said she wanted her profile to have more defined chin when viewed from the sides and to have her eyelids lifted up to improve the tired look. She also wanted to get fat graft on her face to rejuvenate her overall impression and get rid of the dark circles.

It’s been two months after Yani got the surgeries!

This is a week after the surgery.

From both sides, tip of her chin is slightly advanced to define her chin line.

By repositioning the fat on her lower eyelids and filling up the concave, her dark circles have faded and she doesn’t look tired like before.

Also, her fuller cheek and forehead makes her look younger. But there are still some swellings since it takes time to seem natural on her skin.
