Punishment! Are you being Recompensed except due to what you had
earned? [10:52]

And they are asking you: Is it true? Say: Yes! By my Lord! It is most surely the
Truth, and you will not be escaping it [10:54] And if every soul that has done
injustice had all that is in the earth, it would offer it for ransom, and they will

between them equitably and they shall not be dealt with unjustly

And most of them do not follow except for conjecture; surely the conjecture

Wa izaaa azaqnan naasa rahmatan min ba'di darraaa'a massat hum izaa lahum makrun feee aayaatinaa; qulil laahu asra'u makraa; inna rusulanaa yaktuboona maa tamkuroon

Muhammadsaww! ‘Are you informing Allah of what He does not know of [10:18],
i.e. wasn’t aware of? So Heazwj Placed a letter in place of a letter, i.e. there isn’t for
Himazwj an associate who can be worshipped.

Thumma ja'alnaakum khalaaa'ifa fil ardi min ba'dihim li nanzura kaifa ta'maloon
Wa izaa tutlaa 'alaihim aayaatunaa baiyinaatin qaalal lazeena laa yarjoona liqaaa'a na'ti bi Qur'aanin ghairi haazaaa aw baddilh; qul maa yakoonu leee 'an 'ubaddilahoo min tilqaaa'i nafsee in attabi'u illaa maa yoohaaa ilaiya inneee akhaafu in 'asaytu Rabbee 'azaaba Yawmin 'Azeem
Qul law shaaa'al laahu maa talawtuhoo 'alaikum wa laaa adraakum bihee faqad labistu feekum 'umuran min qablih; afalaa ta'qiloon
Faman azlamu mimmanif taraa 'alal laahi kaziban aw kazzaba bi Aayaatih; innahoo laa yuflihul mujrimoon

And We have Destroyed the generations from before you when they were
unjust, and their Rasools came to them with the clear proofs but (still) they did
not believe. Like that do We Recompense the criminals [10:13]
ْ Then We Made you replacements in the earth from after them for Us to See
how you are working [10:14
And when Our clear Verses are recited to them, those who are not wishing for
meeting Us say, ‘Come with a Quran other than this one or replace him’. Say:
‘It cannot happen for me that I would replace him from myself. I only follow
what is Revealed unto me. I fear the Punishment of a Mighty Day if I disobey
my Lord(10:15)
Say: ‘If Allah had so Desired I would not have recited it to you nor made you
recognise him, and I have lived a lifetime among you all from before it, are you
not understanding?’ [10:16
So who is more unjust than the one who fabricates a lie upon Allah or belies
His Signs? Surely, the criminals will not succeed [10:17]

[9:120] It was not for the people of Al-Medina and those round about them of
the Bedouins to remain behind Rasool-Allah, nor should they give preference
to their own lives over his; this is because there afflicts them not thirst or
fatigue or hunger in Allah's Way, nor do they tread a path which enrages the
unbelievers, nor do they attain from the enemy what they attain, but a good
work is written down to them on account of it; surely Allah does not waste the
Recompense of the doers of good
[9:121] Nor do they spend anything that may be spent, small or great, nor do
they traverse a valley, but it is written down to their credit, that Allah may
Reward them with the best of what they have done
[9:122] And it was not for the believers that they should go forth all together;
why should not then a company from every party from among them go forth
that they may apply themselves to obtain understanding in religion, and that
they may warn their people when they come back to them that they may be
cautious?

being excused for as long as they are in the state of searching (as to who the
successorasws of the Imamasws is), and (also) those who were awaiting them would be in a state of being excused until they return back to their companions’.161

that you want? To become kings? Would you be satisfied to become like Tahir and
Harsama, and they are opposed to what you are upon?’ I said, ‘No, by Allahazwj, it
would not satisfy me that there should be for me the whole world and whatever is in
it of the gold and the silver, whilst I am upon the opposite to what I am upon at
present (Al-Wilayah).

Wallazeenat takhazoo masjidan diraaranw wa kufranw wa tafreeqan bainal mu'mineena wa irsaadal liman haarabal laaha wa Rasoolahoo min qabl; wa la yahlifunna in aradnaaa illal husnaa wallaahu yash hadu innahum lakaaziboon
Laa taqum feehi abadaa; lamasjidun ussisa 'alat taqwaa min awwali yawmin ahaqqu 'an taqooma feeh; feehi rijaaluny yuhibbona 'any yata tah haroo; wallaahu yuhibbul muttah hireen

And those who took a Masjid for harm, and Kufr, and to cause dissent between
the Momineen, and as an outpost for the ones who made war against Allah and
his Rasool from before, and they are swearing, ‘We only wanted the good’.
And Allah Testifies that they are liars [9:107]
Do not stand in it, ever, for a Masjid founded upon the piety from the first day
is more rightful that you should be standing in it. Therein are men who love to
be purified, and Allah Loves the purifying ones [9:108]

(Imam Hassan Al-Askariasws said): ‘And Musaasws Bin Ja’farasws said: ‘And they had
taken, the hypocrites from the community of Muhammadsaww, after the death of Sa’ad
Bin Muaz, and after departure of Muhammadsaww to (the military expedition of)
Tabuk, Abu Aamir the Rabbi, taking him as an Emir and a leader, and pledged
allegiance to him, and colluded upon plundering Al-Medina and imprisoning the
offspring of Rasool-Allahsaww and the rest of hissaww family members, and hissaww
companions.
So Allahazwj the Exalted Revealed unto Muhammadsaww and Caused himsaww to
recognise what had been gathered against himsaww from hissaww matter, and
Commanded himsaww with the travelling to Tabuk.

those who followed them with goodness, Allah is Pleased from them and they
are pleased from Him, and He has Prepared Gardens for them beneath which

And in Nahj Al-Balagah – The name ‘Al-Hijra’ (The emigration) cannot occur upon
anyone except by recognition of the Divine Authority in the earth. So the one who
recognises it (himasws) and accept it (himasws), so he is an emigrant (Muhajir)’’
