"I didn't know my government could do this" is a wild statement to me not only because I've grown up being aware of many war crimes and genocides done by the USA and other such countries, but that information is really not that hard to find. People complain about their education system a lot but there are thousands of books, documentaries, essays, articles- hell, even videos -about the numerous atrocities committed by the USAmerican government that they should be looking for. Oh I'm gonna say something controversial and "problematic" real quick. White queers think being gay and/or trans is the ultimate form of oppression. And just like any other white person they must make themselves out to be the ultimate victim. "They would kill me in Palastine." "They would hatecrime me immediately in the middle east." "I could get beheaded by those people, that's why I don't support them." Are all things I've heard from white gays, mind you these people are living in AMERICA.
The same country who made it their mission to slander and eradicate the LGBTQ community, just a few months ago they were literally calling us groomers and p*dophiles and people were falling for that propaganda just like how yall are currently falling for the propaganda that all Palestinians are "terrorists" and are "bloodthirsty". Percy Jackson & the Olympians: Rick Riordan, the author of the books has made zionist comments neutral to Israel and the genocide
The Umbrella Academy: Aidan Gallagher openly supported Israel on instagram with a post "I stand with Israel", post is now deleted
Deadpool 3: Shawn Levy, the director of the movie is a zionist
Dune 2: Timothee Chalamet made a joke on SNL about the genocide in Palestine
Any Disney movies and shows including Inside Out 2, PJO, The Eras Tour movie, Moana 2, Marvel content: Disney is funding Israel, it has been announced that a new Israeli superhero will be joining the MCU

hey, so i saw this post by @/palipunk [tumblr link] about a gofundme campaign to help someone evacuate gaza right now, with a tweet where the organizers are asking for only 250 people to each donate €100 to help reach the goal. i have almost exactly that and thought to become one of the 250 people, but i realized i could try to help stretch that money even further by matching other people's donations.
so, boost this post and whatever amount of money you have to give--50, 20, 10, 1 or less--donate it to the GFM linked below and then send a screenshot of proof of your donation either in a reblog on this post or in DMs to me, and i'll match it, up to $100 (which is a little less than €100 but it's what i have).
